I ordered a dress for my daughter. After receiving it she decided she didn’t like it. We promptly requested a return and shipped it back. Couture Candy worked with us to return the item and we agreed upon a 15% restocking fee and then refund to the original payment method. This was satisfactory for both of us.

The dress itself was beautiful. My only concern was how cheaply it was delivered. The packaging bag was cheap, a box was the best option for the delivery. This made some of the beads to come loose because the package was just thrown on the porch. Presentation matters.

Was hesitant but pleasantly surprised.
I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant to order my daughter’s quinceañera dress from here since I read so many mixed reviews. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get an amazing deal, but it was absolutely breathtaking. I saw on UPS label it got shipped directly from the Mon Cheri distribution warehouse (the parent company of the princesa Ariana Vara dress I got her). Honestly, i’ve realized that the majority of the people that are complaining about this place are the ones that are trying to do exchanges and returns. My advice is that you make sure that size you’re getting is accurate. Even if you have to go to a local boutique to try on the brand dress you want to buy. That’s what we did. We tried on an Ariana vara dress at a local boutique and then turned around and bought it for $800 less on their site. As long as your size is accurate, you should be golden! Definitely go for it.

Health and safety concern
The delivery was fine and the dress itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, during alterations, three needles were discovered hidden inside the dress behind the jeweled design by the slit of the dress. This is extremely alarming and a serious safety concern. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this company ever again. Finding even one needle would be unacceptable but finding three is beyond concerning!!!
03/04/26: customer support reached out and offered me 15% in exchange of editing my review. Absolutely not.
