Cosy World® Arvostelua

Straight forward transaction. Fast and efficient delivery. Good communication. Extremely pleased with the product. Good quality at an excellent price. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Easy online experience and great value compared to other furniture retailers. I had a brief panic when I logged out as a guest and received no email confirmation or order number. But I had a call from the delivery company within a week and the wardrobe turned up when they said it would. I haven't put it together yet, but so far, so good....!

Bought a metal bed frame, was pleasantly suprised by great quality and fast delivery. And it took only several minutes to put all the parts together! Although it was squeky at the beginning, but WD40 solved that immediately. Strongly recommend!

Ordered a rug and then found out it was out of stock . They gave me the option to cancel my order or have £10 back off my order . I carried on with the order and it took around 5 /6 weeks to arrive . The customer service guy Stefan was very helpful and kept me updated about my order . I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others

Good price and very quick delivery. Thanks! 50 minute assembly time was out by about 30 minutes! Or is that me? Went together well.
