Corset Story Ltd Arvostelua

I have been a customer of Corset Story since I discovered them back in 2018. I keep coming back because I love their products, and their customer service department is AMAZING- they are always there to answer any question, to solve any problem and always are lovely to deal with. Corset Story's customer service and sales department should be giving lessons to all the big corporations to show them how customer service is REALLY suppose to work.

Corset Story is a delightful company. My husband let me purchase three from then as I wished to get into corsetry, and he rather liked how I looked in them, so I put in my order. There were some delays, but considering the state of the world and what was happening with shipping, that was to be expected. I loved my corsets as soon as I put them on. Even when one of them developed an issue after being worn several times, the employees were kind and courteous, responding to my email and solving my issue quickly instead of brushing me off.

I have been purchasing my corsets from Corset Story for about 7 years now. I love their corsets!!!! Excellent quality and beautiful style. I live in the US, shipping internationally has never been an issue; packages can take time coming ‘across the pond’ but Corset Story has been far more reliable than packages I receive from other parts of the globe.

The corsets are well made and gorgeous! Incredibly fast shipping!

Love all all my corsets! I have 10 now and I wear them all the time. Great quality product and shipping was so fast! Will definitely keep ordering from here!

I got 3 corsets about a year ago. I haven’t bought anymore. Here is why:

Quality: overall good quality. They hold u in and can take a beating. They look great and feel quite comfortable. However, washing them is abit of a pain

Look: Notice how all the pictures are from the front or the side? This is because the lacing up the back looks horrible. The ribbons are so long and bulky and a pain to manage. Ive tried tucking them into a skirt or inside the corset and it is lumpy and uncomfortable. There should be a better solution to this.

Marketing&price: the way they market their products where in order to get a good deal you have to buy a whole bunch of corsets is not just manipulative but impractical. Who needs to buy 4 or 5 corsets at once? Its a huge monitary commitment instead of more reasonable prices for individual corsets.

Overall: if you are looking for a corset for a costume or something, this may have what you are looking for. I’d reccomend finsing friends who are also interested and pooling your money together or something.

I absolutely love my collection of high-quality corsets from Corset Story. My orders have always been filled promptly, and shipping always rapid.

The one time I had an issue, it was a corset being back ordered. The kind and professional customer service rep set me up with an alternative option, which I ended up liking better than the original. I appreciate the thoughtful consideration given to me, since I was eager to receive the rest of my order!

I have placed several orders from this company and all have arrived in beautiful, perfect condition and fit wonderfully.

I wore one of their corsets on my wedding day under my hand-made silk gown and it was perfect.

I really love the corsets that I bought from Corset Story. I had amazing experiences with the exchange policy to ensure the corset for perfectly every time. Overall had a wonderful experience with them!

I was incredibly happy with the quality and price of my first order so I just had to order again! I've never had an issue with shipping, products, or customer service here. I will always order corsets from here!

it’s always so quick and easy to order and they always arrive on time and perfectly packaged. the sales are unbeatable and the quality is great.

Love the fit and the exchange program. Everything is a garuntee and it's wonderful

Great designs, slimming and stylish. I love the reducing, comfort, and disguise treating system. The multiple pictures from all angles make it easy to choose what i like. I love that they use all different model sizes and body types- i usually end up picking styles that are shown on models similar to my not so perfect body type. The corsets make me much more perfect! Thank you- Glennda

I have ordered twice from this company and I haven't been disappointed. I was sceptical at first but they helped me when I needed assistance with an order. I needed a corset sooner for a wedding and they helped me change my order so I could. I definitely take advantage of their 4 for 1 sale.

I love their corsets.. they are so comfy and stylish, you can very confidently ditch bra which I never imagined I could do stepping out of house. Absolutely love them. They make you feel so beautiful ❤️

Great quality and amazing prices, fast shipping.

Bought three corsets recently - one for regular day wear, two for special occasions. Of these two I had the carnival design and I got my daughter an under bust corset. They all arrived reall well packed and quickly. I’ve been a customer for many years and the quality and design never disappoints. Well worth buying as an investment in personal back care, stylish occasion wear and to keep the girls under control whilst making them look as impressive as possible.

I have purchased a number of corsets and each one has and remains comfortable and value for money. The website is easy to use and they have a high level of customer care when you contact them. Delivery is fast and reliable. So impressed that they remain my corset supplier of choice

I have always had good experiences with this. Company, good discounts, usually fast delivery and even when my order was delayed they provided me regular emails to explain the situation and provide alternative options if I wished.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. the corset is exceptionally well made and fits perfectly (I used the sizing guide ). This is my 3rd order from corset story and it won't be my last.

CS is my go-to for affordable and well built corsets. As someone who is high profile in the kink and fetish communities, I am grateful to be able to recommend these folks to anyone looking for gorgeous and solidbyet affordable gear.
