i bought a car from the wigan branch and was promised 2 services with the purchase price. when i dropped off my car, the service desk told me that they would not honour this, despite me sending them the emails confirming. really underhanded practise. really disappointed

I bought a new Volkswagen Polo from Corkhills recently. The sales man, Robbie was friendly and so helpful, and answered all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble.And the whole process was very positive. Thanks Robbie 👍

Despite having a service plan in place Corkhills charged me £150, when THEY informed me that I had a service plan they REFUSED to refund my £150, Rip Off Dealership !!!!

Bought a used Polo for my Daughter. The lady at Corkills was called Asha and she was brilliant with us from start to finish. Having been to a few other dealerships, it was so nice to find someone like Asha who was professional, polite, responsive at all times. Will definitely be buying my next car here.

Customer service from Corkills has been from the start, spot on. Had some issues which John sorted out promptly.

I hope to deal with them again one day as it's not often I've met businesses having this level of customer service. Heidi on reception was a pleasure to deal with as well. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and they're probably the best VW I've ever dealt with (That's coming from someone who has had Golfs their whole driving life)

Took my scirocco gt tdi to corkills in Southport for major service. Ready same day for pick up. An expensive list of “major defects” needing attention handed to me totalling a cost of nearly £1200. I took the car to another trusted garage for second opinion who swiftly discovered that the new fuel filter has not been correctly tightened leaving diesel pouring out onto engine. Returned car to VW Southport so they could rectify the issue which they did. Returned the car back to the independent garage to continue checking through the list of defects... received a call 2 hours later stating that the work that needed doing was not the case at all. Replaced a clip at a cost of 75p and re pressurised boost at no cost saving £460 alone!!! I will NEVER take my car back to these people again. I’m glad I took it for a second opinion elsewhere. Should have listened to everyone’s advice of steering clear from money grabbing, work touting main dealers. I will be advising anyone and everyone to stay away from VW Southport
