I had ordered a reconditioned printer, but the warranty for a refurbished one. My mistake from the beginning. I was called within 24 hours and offered two choices. Tried to buy an HP printer (refurbished) for their advertised price of $499.99 They accepted our order and immediately charged us an extra $400, claiming the price had gone up. AFTER we received an order confirmation. This is just horribly bad business practice. Prices change, and prices are going up all over right now, but you can't change the price AFTER you've given your customer an order confirmation!!
