Left package at a public gate, ignored me until my credit card got involved.
I ordered two copper water bottles and never received them. The courier's own delivery confirmation photo showed they left the package outside my community gate on the public street, not at my actual home or mailbox.
When I reached out to this company to report what happened, Ronn from customer service refused to take responsibility and told me I had to track down the package with the courier myself. Then he stopped responding until I
disputed the charge with my credit card company. The moment my credit card contacted them, Ronn suddenly replied to my email asking me to drop the dispute and they would then credit me back. I kept the dispute to ensure I received a refund.
From my own terrible experience and the other negative reviews, this company is not reliable. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.
