We needed a gas leak to be repaired from one of our outside air conditioning units at a commercial property. Brooke McNair was always very helpful, responded to all emails and calls very swiftly, and very friendly. Shane (engineer) arrived on time and fixed the issue quickly. The whole Cool365 team were very helpful and I would definitely recommend them for cost-efficiency, professionalism, experience and friendliness.

I recently had Cool365 install a new air conditioning system in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Their customer service team was attentive and thorough, helping me choose the right unit for my needs and providing a clear, fair estimate.

Dan and Tyler The Engineers who attended was prompt, professional, and respectful of my home. They worked efficiently and took the time to explain the system’s features, ensuring I was comfortable with everything before they left. The new AC is running flawlessly, and the difference in temperature control and energy efficiency has been noticeable right away.

What really sets Cool365 apart is their follow-up service. They provided useful tips on maintaining the system and even offered a convenient maintenance plan to keep everything running smoothly long-term.

If you’re looking for reliable air conditioning service, Cool365 is the way to go. They’re professional, affordable, and truly care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Good communication, straightforward installation, no dramas. Lovely

Shane and the team were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They got through everything within the time they agreed, and gave insight into how our system was operating.

Cool 365 were very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and I was able to speak with the engineer before he arrived to speed up the process on arrival. The engineer, Shane, was great. Despite not being able to resolve the issue in the first visit (through not fault of his own), he was clearly knowledgable and offered several options to resolve the issue with my air conditioning problem.

Prompt and professional people, with a genuine and honest service. Work carried out to a high standard. I would highly recommend cool 365.

Quick and Great Customer Service

Cool365 are great! We decided to use this company to see how it would go to see if they could sort some ongoing issues with our aircon units - they completed this in two days and the cost was lower than our usual supplier which is a bonus!

Very happy we used them and will carry on working with them this year for sure!
