Had to call to ascertain delivery date which was accurate when I got it, but long lead by today's standards.

Excellent Service & Shipping

We ordered a pizza oven for our Church and everything was exactly how we were told. The delivery came faster than it was quoted and everything was in perfect condition. We had to call to verify we would get a gas pizza oven instead of an electric as the option wasn't there when we checked out online. They assured us they would write the note and we did get a gas one. Also, they were easy to work with regarding our tax exempt status! 10/10 would definitely use them again!

Integrity

There was an error in shipping and they corrected it immediately. Errors do happen and when a company rectifies it properly, they keep my business.

Cannot imagine better service

Order arrived in less than a week, correctly filled and appropriately packaged. Can't imagine anything that could have made this service better. I have ordered from them before and my experience has always been the same.

Excellent Research and recipies

Little by little over the years I have only used Cook's and American Test Kitchen Recipes. I guess I like the same things you do. Or, you are superior to all the rest. Thank you

Better than amazon

There are only few online stire that actual customer services still exist, cook's direct reponse my missing part with professional and no hazal for me

Good communication

Price was better than anywhere else. Had a few product issues that needed additional information and customer service was prompt with responding to emails. Updated shipping charges were resolved very quickly. Item shipped in half the time quoted. Will order from Cook's Direct again.

The system said I had expedited delivery but it took quite a while for it to arrive. Also, the delivery charge was exorbitant.
