Ordered what I wanted at a good price. Received delivery when I was supposed to. Large package was delivered and unpacked in a courteous and efficient manner.Excellent service.
Absolutely thrilled with our new Miele combinstion oven.

You were helpful when I needed you but unfortunately AGA have been less prompt in responding to problems with their stove.

The website was easy to use. It said the item I wanted was in stock. It said I could choose a delivery date, which I did. So far, my money has been taken but no product received. I heard nothing so I rang to confirm delivery only to find out that the item was out of stock. The customer service advisor was not able to give me any idea of when my tumble dryer will be delivered other than 'hopefully in October'. I think for the price I was hoping for a little more customer service, and maybe an update or two?

The only people who could supply the equipment we wanted IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY. They did not pretend they could supply it, and then try and locate the stock - they already had it.
Easy to purchase online.
Cheaper than buying direct from the manufacturer (I can never understand that)!
All warranties (standard and extended) the same as buying from the manufacturer.
No delay in delivery.

From phoning to confirm an online price, through placing an order to the actual delivery everything has gone very very smoothly.
Paperwork in terms of invoice copies, receipts for card payment etc have all been received in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service, far better than recent John Lewis experience. They had the stock as promised on the site and delivered on time. One part missing from Miele - Cooks customer service did not quibble and arrange with Miele to send the missing part out immediately. 2 other well know sites claimed to have the stock and once you have placed the order they tell you that there is a delay blah blah. John Lewis particularly bad at this practice.

Good quality food that feels home cooked and takes the effort out of holiday catering or
Feeds well a single older person. Staff were very helpful when I realised I had ordered click and collect a day too early.

RUDE AND ARROGANT COMPANY THAT DOES NOT DESERVE A PLACE ON THE MARKET
I would rate this company -10 if I could. I wanted to order a cover for a Big Green Egg and acacia table. You have to phone this company before you know how much the items cost
The service was non existent as soon as I said we bought our Big Green Egg from John Lewis I was told “Go back to John Lewis “ “ We only supply the accessories to our customers who bought the egg from us “
Then I was told to order via Big green Egg website
The conversation went from bad to worse. Was told to call back and all of a sudden I was passed on to Alex who emailed me to say had the cover in stock and to discuss it with him . Then I was told the line was busy and to call back but I said I’d wait . When I was connected to Alex he told he could not hear me. Literally slammed the phone down on me it actually hurt my ear. Phoned again!! Finally was told that the cover would cost £155 so it was ordered only to find out its £20 more than BGE charge for it
Having got in touch with the The Big Green Egg I emailed them regarding this service as they are one of their distributors they said “Hopefully they will apologise “ but Alas No rude and arrogant to the last, I just received an email from Alex at Cooks and Co to say that if I feel they are so diabolical I do not deserve their business and they will be refunding my £155 first thing Monday morning !!! What a poor excuse for a company who treats customer like something the dog has trodden in 😡

Ordered and paid for dish washer then get call next morning saying not in stock for another month refund takes 24 hrs what a waist of my time and extra 3 days with no dish washer sort your web site out and tell people it's out of stock
