Cooks and Company Arvostelua

Good price, great service and prompt delivery! What is not to like.

Great advice. Very knowledgeable about all the kitchen appliances they stock and a fantastic range to choose from.

The service was great, communication quick and accurate and they were extremely helpful

Well-priced cooker hood, delivery was efficient and the item was as described. Deducted one star because when we had issues with the functionality of the hood after installation, customer service were a bit slow and needed chasing a few times to get responses / a resolution.

Outstanding service. Over and beyond ...and all I wanted was a dishwasher. Iain was a superstar in not only finding one for me but then getting one to me even earlier than planned at a better price.. no mean feat at the moment when almost impossible to find a semi-integrated one. Delivery was super efficient too. Would use again in a heartbeat

Man who took our order was not to lively but the product turned up on time

Alex and the guys were superb as always. I've bought 2 Green Eggs now from them and various other items. product info is brilliant and they get job done for you with no hassle.

Excellent customer service from quote to delivery. Quick responses to my additional questions and when an item was missed from the delivery Cooks and Company contacted the supplier (Big Green Egg) immediately to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Cooks and Company has certainly earned my trust and wholehearted recommendation.

Initially wrong item sent- profuse apologies given & it was collected quickly.
Excellent communication otherwise & slick delivery.

Great customer service.
A thorough knowledge of the product which helped us make the right decision when choosing our range cooker.
Thank you for your help. We love our oven.

I ordered a fridge last November 2020 and was advised it would have to be put on back order, which was no problem. The fridge arrived last week and it is excellent. You may think the waiting time was excessive, but these are not normal times and I am more than happy with my purchase.

The delivery was when they said it would be. On ordering I paid extra for the old fridge to be taken away, which they did with all the packaging from the new fridge.

Excellent service

Ordered a dishwasher but delivery was delayed for 2months! Cooks company maintained timely contact and updated me on the situation appropriately. Good value when compared with rest of market.

Very friendly. Item received as described and delivered as promised.
The best service I received from your company. I will definitely be using your services. Very pleased with the service and the purchase.

I was looking for a specific Miele dishwasher which was out of stock everywhere- appliances are all on a shortage at the moment. I think they had the last one in the land! Called up on a Saturday to double check and it was delivered the following Friday.

Excellent service from Cooks, very friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks to Ian for his help and arranging for the delivery to our timing requirements. Delivery arrived exactly when we wanted and were kept informed by the delivery guys who were also very helpful.
Fully deserve the 5 stars and would definitely use Cooks again..

Easy to order. Goods arrived promptly

I have purchased many kitchen appliances from this company and for good reason. Infinite knowledge of all the manufacturers’ appliances together with the pros and cons, ultimately leading to the right selection for the customer, taking into account their criteria and budget. The prices are very competitive. This company has been trading for many years and they seem to have an excellent rapport with the manufacturers. After sales service is excellent, too.
Service with a smile and they go that extra mile.

First class on price delivery and correspondence many thanks cheers Robert
