I'd give them a zero if I could.

They have beautiful photos at their website but what you receive is a far cry from those. The canvas is muddy, one color, can't tell upside from down. Faces? Not a chance you'll figure out that's a face.

I waited over a month for my order of three diamond paintings, 1 regular and 2 crystal, all square. The canvases are all muddy and you can't tell what the image is or even if the canvas is upside down. I wrote to them but I don't expect and answer, considering they deleted my less-than-glowing reviews.

Stay away from Coodeals. You'll get much better quality from Temu, Amazon or Shein.

I placed an order with Coodeals and now I received a message from tracking company for Coodeals that my package could not be delivered as they could not find my address, I don’t know how that was possiblble, because I had placed an order with them previously and had no problem at all.

Très déçu, ça fais plusieurs années que je commande des diamonds painting sur un autre site et jamais eu de soucis et là on me recommande ce site, j’essaie de payer avec paypal ça fonctionne pas, je veux payer en carte bancaire ça fonctionne pas non plus.. du coup je commande pas c’est le mieux. J’ai pas de soucis avec mon compte donc c’est le site le soucis malheureusement. Sinon pour avis positif il y a de très belles toiles.

Placed an order over 20 days ago still no received order and no response from customer services they send a tracking number that does not exist AVOID

I had some missing drills and they sent them out. They didn't tell me they were sending then but I was pleased when they arrived. The picture are really nice. Will be getting more.

Amazing diamond arts I love the 2 I got from here. It took a while to get here in nz but worth it in the end.

1. They sent a bag of drills with 2 different colors and when I reported the issue, they wanted me to send a photo of the canvas and the mixed bag of drills, which I already separated out. 2. I ran out of one of the colors before I finished the canvas. It was a custom order.

This store helped me for three years. Let me find a lot of happiness again. My review is on point. Because I buy enough diamond paintings. Coodeals is a store with great quality at affordable prices. Canvas prints are very clear and drill fields are easy to identify and work with.

IMPOSSIBLE de passer une commande, ma carte est systématiquement rejeter ! Ce n'est pas faute d'avoir les fonds ! J'ai même été jusqu'à voir avec ma banque qui elle non plus, ne comprends pas ce qui se passe !!!! Incompréhensible et aucune réponse de leur service client depuis une semaine, complètement inexistant ! JE DECONSEILLE, SITE NON SERIEUX !!!!!!

UPDATED TO ADD: Coodeals have finally sent me a replacement canvas. I am really happy with the quality of the replacement, just sad that it took so long to resolve this issue.
I purchased a diamond painting from Cooddeals in March 2022. I am having difficulty reading the fonts printed on the canvas and when I contacted their support, they have not offered any solution to the problem. They stated that their canvases are printed to international standard but I disagree as I have worked on many similar paintings and have never had any issues with them. I am still trying to get a resolution with them but I am not getting anywhere with them. Not a happy customer.

They have cheap diamond paintings. The canvas quality of the product is fantastic. The canvas is very colorful. Very fast shipping with every purchase. I have purchased from this store many times. Hope you all like my recommendation.
