Conveyancing Warehouse Arvostelua

Will and Jonathan are very friendly and thorough.
The online portal is excellent for monitoring the updates on the progress of transfer.

Absolutely brilliant company.
Stephen Mellor who was our conveyencer was top notch and made what could be a stressful time a breeze. Great price & great experience. Highly recommended.

Robert Morrison was fantastic throughout the process and guided us through giving explanations and advice when required. We really valued and appreciated the friendly and helpful service provided and I would wholeheartedly recommend Robert and the team.

We had a long and protracted sale, that took much longer than we'd hoped, but it was through no fault of Alicea, who was a star throughout. She was responsive, helpful, and willing to chase after various moving parts to try and get our purchase over the line. All and all, it was night and day compared to our previous experience of conveyancing. She made what was an otherwise fairly stressful experience much more manageable. Thank you Alicea!

Steven is simply the best.

Big Credit to Will, he took my case and very professional and looked after me throughout thank you
Would use again in future

Stephen was amazing throughout the process, extremely efficient and always available to answer any questions I had, thank you.

We have used Roderts Crossleys several times and can not fault them in particularly Will M.

Great friendly service. Its reassuring to know that quietly somewhere wheels are turning in your favour to achieve your goals

Will was super professional, very competent & kept us well informed regarding our property purchase. We will 100% use this company again & if it's another property purchase request Will :)

Good communication and always regularly updated. I would recommend Roberts Crossley Solicitors. Will Mellor was great.

Great service from start to completion. Emails replied promptly and I was kept updated throughout the process.

Robert Morrison and later Stephen Mellor from Roberts Crossley both did a great job of naviagting the purchase of first one flat (withdrew) and then onto another within a tight time frame. Very appreciative of their attention to detail, patience and professionalism. Completed on the very 'last' day. Phew...very friendly service also.

My girlfriend recommended Rob Morrison after she used him on her last house. We used him again to sell that house when she moved in with me. I’ve just sold through Rob again, and my family used him to sell mums house for her.
Each and every time, Rob has been brilliant. Quick turn around on all enquiries (we paid the extra and was worth it), if he can’t answer a call he will phone back. Always friendly, but remains professional.
Would I recommend him?
Yes, I have to two friends currently selling their houses.
Thanks for helping with everything Rob.

Great service from start to finish. Accompanied by a sensible pricing structure. Would highly recommend.

Very good remote service .. proves you don’t need a local solicitor to do conveyancing ..

Will provided outstanding assistance and worked with impressive efficiency. I strongly endorse his services!

The whole process was smooth and stress free
I would highly recommend the solicitor for any home buying services

Katy Hutchinson at Roberts Crossley Conveyancing was a breath of fresh air and made my house purchase run as smoothly as possible! Katy kept me updated and helped me through the process at various points. I would recommend both Katy and the firm to anyone looking to buy a house.

Really disappointed that the very first email I received increased the quoted price significantly. The increased price was due to a SDLT completion fee which should have been included in the original quote IMO.
