A review of two halves (unfortunately as I don't believe this is a regular issue) communication with my allocated case handler was very poor, not being listened to, not informed or updated regarding processes, it was incredibly stressful. I was about to give up and settle when I rang the office and Charlotte and Aleksandra had the case dropped within days. If I had dealt with them from the beginning, this would have absolutely been 5 stars

Great experience from start to finish. Very polite, professional team who work quickly and effectively. I used CLS to help me fight against two private PCNs which ended up escalating to a Court Claim Form being received. Spoke to CLS and they confirmed they could help me and that’s just what they did! I contacted Contestor Legal Services to appeal a Parking Charge Notice from a private parking company after the first appeal was rejected. It's possibly something I could have done myself but with CLS dealing with this sort of thing all the time they'd know the best wording to use to achieve a positive outcome. And a positive outcome is what I got - the PCN was cancelled.

Yesterday I attended the hearing for the case brought against me by Countrywide Parking, at which I was represented by Aleksandra from Contestor Legal. I am pleased and relieved to be able to say that the claim was dismissed by the judge, following well over 18 months' of harrassment. What for me and my family has been a long pain for sacking 2 years battle with this vermin and the legal letters, fines and threats of action by these leeches, I took it upon my self by sticking by my principles in fighting for my cause of parking in a safe area to deal with a medical matter in treating my type 1 diabetes, I have today come out of the court with the biggest smile and feeling proud of myself for what I and contstor legal services have done in helping fight my case. To hear those words by the judge case is dismissed was a tremendous amount of weight off my shoulder.
