I ordered contacts from contactlens.com. It stayed in processing for 2 weeks. I made contact and they said, check you spam folder for tracking info. I had been checking the web page and it said it's still processing. Her response 2 days later was they should ship tomorrow. I gave it 3 more days. It was still in process. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I received the refund immediately. I then ordered from 1800contacts and I received those in 5 days.

UPDATE July 29, 2026: The company's representative has responded below by falsely claiming I am a 'plant' for a competitor. I am a legitimate paying customer. My order number is 716069. Potential buyers should take note of how this company treats customers who voice honest service complaints.

Fastest delivery for contact lens online order!!

I placed an order on May 21st, expecting, as written on the website, that "Most orders process and ship within 3 business days or less".
On May 30th, I had yet to receive any communication from ContactLens explaining the delay, so I reached out to customer service. I got a prompt reply that their incoming inventory shipment was awaiting FDA clearance (meaning that they had no stock at the time of order - something that was never mentioned on the website).
I received 0 subsequent updates until, on June 9th, I got an automatic email saying that they had finally shipped, 19 days after I placed an order.

It is not so much the fact that the shipping took so long that is disappointing, but the lack of communication and updates from the Support team. I would not recommend ordering from ContactLens as there is no guarantee as to when contacts will be delivered.

I Ordered contacts for both my husband and myself and provided a copy of the prescriptions at the time. Days later I received 1 eye(1 box of 6 lenses), I ordered 12 lenses for each eye for my husband. This single box came with a different company name and order # on the invoice. A week later I received my lenses and 12 lenses of the other eye of my husbands. This delivery had the correct invoice # and company name I thought I was dealing with. Emails and invoices are confusing. Delivery was inaccurate and too long. Still waiting for the second box of 6 for my husbands order.

It’s only fair I share I received a follow up phone call from a very apologetic gentleman who assured me the corrections have been made and I will receive the rest of my order soon. Thank you!

My RX was approved fairly quickly, and I got my contact lenses in good order in a reasonable timeframe. Thank you!

This company has absolutely zero customer service skills. First interaction was met be an untrained representative who had no class or service training. It was rude and very unprofessional in its responses. Instead of focusing on the complaint from me as a customer, It instead told me she simply didn’t care. I paid for express shipping, I did not get my product expressly, it arrived at the same time it normally does with regular shipping. I told them this and they told me they weren’t returning my money and I would get my contacts whenever they arrived. I explained that was unacceptable and I needed to speak with a supervisor, it refused to connect me with its supervisor and then it told me it would contact the police if I emailed again. I emailed again seeing as how no crime had been committed. ContactLens then said they would contact a school I attended 15 years ago to tell on me, not sure what that’s going to do. So I wrote a review detailing the horrible experience with this company and they flagged it for illegal activity which TrustPilot agreed I didn’t do anything illegal. So there a company who treats you poorly then gets mad because you let the world know how they operate! So I’m here giving them another honest review on just how poorly trained staff is and that leadership here is just as poorly trained. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM; THEY ARE RUDE PEOPLE WHO LACK ANY QUALITY OF CUSTOMER CARE!

After researching other companies, Contactlens.com had the best price with shipping than all the others. The order process was easy and contacts were in my hands within a week. Highly recommend them.

The Customer Service( Melissa) experience was exceptional. There was an issue with USPS delivery. I contacted Customer Service and she/ the team stayed with me every step of the way. The communications were both prompt and extremely helpful. In fact, the Customer Service team took a great deal of initiative in helping me solve the issue. It was clear to me throughout the process that solving the situation was as important to the Customer Service team as it was to me.

Very easy to use website, ordered right from my phone. Had to enter my doc information but sent in my prescription anyways. Contacts shipped the next day.

I liked buying from this company for a long time. Their website is easy to use and reorder from. But this time my experience was not good.

I ordered lenses on 12/4 - the website didn't show that they were out of stock. I wrote a few days later to see what was happening because the order showed as still processing. On 12/8 they told me they didn't have them because they say they're discontinued - but they'd get them "any day" from another company. I asked if delivery could be expedited after all this time.

It looks like they created a label on 12/19 - didn't give to the post office until 12/22 - and sent it *UPS Ground* at the height of XMas rush. So after keeping me on the hook that I'd get them any day after 12/8, I am now supposed to get them on 12/28 according to the tracking.

I would of course have bought from another company had I realized they were: 1. out of stock; and then 2. not going to ship them ASAP. They did answer messages so I'm giving 2 stars for that - but lesson learned! I'm ordering now from a company I've used before that ships same day & has them in stock - I'm paying for overnight shipping because I've been waiting so long - and I bet they'll still be here ahead of the Contactlens.com lenses I ordered 4 weeks earlier...
