I recently attended training at Constantia Care and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. The way they impart knowledge is both clear and engaging, making complex concepts easy to understand. The trainers Helen and Billy are highly supportive, always willing to assist and offer guidance. The atmosphere is positive and professional, which made the learning process enjoyable. I feel well-prepared and confident after completing the training. An excellent training experience with Billy from Constantia Care.

Billy and Helen were both great and helpful during my training. Whole Constantia staff really is kind and professional.

The trainers and staff are incredible. They were very accommodating and patient with all the questions we were asking. They made me feel comfortable. I walked out of the training center in the afternoon feeling confident that I would be able to do what is needed for at my first placement. Amazing.

The training I received from Constantia Care has been outstanding, both the online and face to face trainings. It's been quite intensive and very educational. I've had other trainings in care but this training has been above aboard.

It was warm and friendly environment to train without pressure distracting me. The instructions were precise and I got to perform all of the tasks thoroughly whilst asking questions about any uncertainties. There were clear answers for the questions that I had.

Helen was her normal, friendly, patient organised self, doing what she does best, training and retraining, which is the lifeblood of any company.
Over and above the fact that she’s fully conversant with her training program she is also very patient with the trainees which adds to her affability.
It is obviously very important for us carers to be given refresher training and kept up to date with modern trends as this will contribute to the success of the Company.

As a Carer, I was thrilled with the thorough training, both in theory and practical.

The trainers had a great knowledge of their subjects and were clear and understandable with training and instructions.

I have worked as a carer for many years. Having now joined Constantia Care, I am so impressed and feel secure going into any client, knowing I have the back up and support, should I need.
