Bob and Mike Conn together with an excellent team of knowledgeable and helpful staff can guide you through the maze of new technology. We welcome everyone from inexperienced beginners, and creative people looking to step up from using their phone, to professional photographers and videographers, and offer an excellent back-up service on all items we sell, including the facility to provide loan equipment. We also offer hire, try-before-you-buy and trade-in services and have an on-site sensor cleaning service for both dry- and wet-dust removal. The Conns Photolab (introduced in 1990) offers a high quality and cost effective range of services including developing, printing and scanning for film, digital or print reproduction. With top-of-the range machinery from Fuji and Epson we can cover all your needs from postcard size prints in the hour up to 40" canvases stretched onto custom-made wooden frames. For convenience images can be sent to the lab electronically and then either posted out or collected from our city-centre location. For those times when it is not convenient to call in to us, or if you are based outside of Dublin, we also offer a secure mail-order service via our website and are always available by phone to guide you through what you need - please do not hesitate to contact us with any enquiries or drop into the shop to pick our brains in person.

V100 flash
I spoke to the staff who just couldn't have been more helpful to me. I ordered a godox v100 flash which I required to photograph an important event on Saturday. Ordered on Thursday and flash was with me on Friday. This company always delivers. Highly recommend. Many thanks to all in Conns cameras

Great website.
The main problem :
Why have such a comprehensive delivery options when you don't deliver outside of Ireland.
I wasted my time trying to place an order online only to be confronted by the following.
Shipping
We ship orders every weekday (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please order before 2pm to ensure it makes it onto today’s shipment. Collection from the shop is available Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm. Please await confirmation before making plans to visit us.

Insulted and offended. Having returned to Conns for the third…
Having returned to Conns for the third time with a faulty Fujixt5 I was appalled by the customer service i received from owner Mike. My first return was while camera was under warranty and after two unsuccessful returns I felt the necessary resolution was a replacement. Mike first offered to return the camera to Fuji again and when I didn’t accept this he wrote me a cheque to the purchase value in a very irate manner. When I questioned why he wouldn’t just replace the camera he said it was because I would probably be back in two years with another fault. In other words’I don’t believe you and I don’t want you in my shop again’
Please note….. this was the third camera bought from Conns
I felt very offended by his implication that I am dishonest.

unreal, found the camera I wanted at the BEST price on conns’ website and the staff were very helpful towards me with my queries through email. shipping only took one day like that’s amazing????!??!! absolute delighted with my experience, definitely will be back in the future;)
