I requested to cancel my subscription in August 2025, but the company continued to bill me afterwards. I have been charged repeatedly despite having already asked for the subscription to be cancelled, and I have received no response to my earlier communication about the issue.
The total amount taken after my cancellation request is £199.60. I have had to chase for a refund and provide evidence of the payments, even though these charges should not have continued in the first place.
This has been a frustrating experience and has left me with very little confidence in the company’s customer service or billing practices.

Congrapps is invaluable! As an aspiring lawyer this platform has been game-changing. Being able to access past successful cover letters helped me figure out what employers are looking for and unlock my creative block. Most importantly it gave me confidence as I realised how different each successful applicant has been from one another. I highly recommend it to anyone applying for graduate schemes in law or investment banking (they have other industries too, but for those two you will find the most resources)

I found this platform so insightful when it came to writing my applications for vacation schemes/direct training contracts. The variety of example successful applications from a range of firms eased my anxiety and stress when it came to applying - as I knew Congrapps would have a previous successful app from that particular firm I can look at to bring out my own ideas and essentially experience that lightbulb moment of creativity with my own writing skills.

This is website shows successful applications for traineeships, unfortunately they offer credit in exchange for positive reviews but never actually add the credit to your account. It leaves me with a poor view of the company.

Brilliant site and idea that has helped me to assess where I've been going wrong with my Training Contract applications.

The only question I have, and this may be somewhat naïve, is why is there a timer of your ownership of each application. It seems to me that you ought to be able to access applications that you have purchased whenever you want, not within 30 days of spending.

The samples have helped me understand what is needed for a successful vacation scheme application!
