Our listed price for the product you ordered is only $4.99. It appears you chose an express shipping option which is why the final total was $14. Had you chosen a standard shipment option, your total would have not been so high.

A product was out of stock, after I ordered. CD proactively refunded my money. The refund/re-ship process was less-than-ideal hence the lost star.

A very reputable company
A very reputable company that handles orders very discreetly and has reasonable prices. The regular e-mail coupons are excellent, but are a small discount. The only downside that I regularly see is that the reviews and descriptions of the products are often non-existent. It is difficult to make a proper purchase when the descriptions of the products are limited.
