Always on time with delivery makes me on time to deliver

Today is March 18th. I placed my order on February 27th, it arrived a few days later with half of my total purchase missing. I contacted customer service and they said it would ship next day, and they would also email a tracking number. I didn't receive an email nor my order. I contacted them again, and it has been a week without any kind of response.

the box came with "latex con" and Okamoto.com on the side. they attempted to cut off the words but it was clear and obvious. a bit embarrassing when receptionist brought them to me and said "looks like your going to have a good weekend" So much for indiscrete packaging.

Shipping took much longer than It needed to, as it took them nearly a week to ship out my order to me.

We chose these condoms rated #1 for years. Chose the cheapest shipping (7-10 business days). Was a good price for both condoms and shipping, arrived on time. Very discreet packaging and a different name so no one could know what we got unless they opened it themselves! Condoms were great. We will be buying again!
