After paying a deposit and being let down 3 times by another Instagram bed company these guys saved the day. They were really helpful and arranged a quick delivery. The bed is really well made and looks great!

After ordering my new bed a week ago I am still waiting for delivery date. I have emailed twice and had no reply. I’m woundering now what my bed will be like and if I do have any problems when it arrives, how will I get it sorted

My review was reported as fake by this company and taken off by Trust Pilot. They contacted me to request evidence to counter to fake review allegation. I sent my evidence and it’s been checked by compliance and put back on by TRust Pilot and marked verified now as a genuine review in the terrible service and waste of money we spent on a bed that cannot be used. This company have ignored us and we are in process of issuing a county court summons. Do not buy from them.

At first was a little skeptical ordering from this site as 1. communication via email wasn’t great. ( I would email to enquire about products and wouldn’t get a reply) and 2. the company don’t offer fabric samples, So felt it was risk to order and not see exactly what you would be getting. Anyhow it was a risk worth taking as I am so pleased with the bed (although it’s still in its packaging and not assembled as yet) but from what I can see through the packaging the bed looks so sleek and stylish and the colour I LOVE!! Delivery men were AMAZING and so polite and careful when bringing the bed into my home. Delivery time was EXCEPTIONAL waited approx a week when advised it could be up to 4 weeks or longer due to COVID! (This explains why the bed isn’t set up as yet because me and partner ordered a mattress which says 4-6 weeks) Once bed is actually opened and assembled with write an update as I can only write about what I can see through the plastic covering. only issue I had was with a lady I spoke to when I called the company to find out what time I could expect the delivery as there was no time slot. She advised me she would call me back, as the business closes at 4pm and I called at 15.50pm I was a bit hesitate when it got to 4pm and still no call back so I called again to which the same lady answered and advised she was waiting for the delivery men to confirm an exact time and would definitely call me back the same evening - she didn’t and when I called again the office was closed with the phone going to an answer machine. Shame there is always 1 that ruins it for the company but apart from that, the manager I spoke to regarding the matter and the delivery men made my experience a very positive one so THANK YOU and I will definitely be recommending to friends and family =)

Excellent service. Arrived so much sooner than expected. The guys put it up in no time. . Very happy customer.

Great quality great service. Considering I messed my order up they sorted it out hassle free.
Delivery was late but bad traffic and brake downs happen and they still got to me. Delivery guys where careful and friendly.

Avoid Comfy Sleeps Home at ALL costs! Don't compromise on service and quality for the cheaper bed. Unfortunately, it is what we did and we are paying for it. We ordered the bed in March to include storage space, we received the bed with no storage. After going back and fourth with Adam at Comfy Sleeps Home (and I have texts messages and instagram messages to prove it) I've had no response. At one point he sent out some of the parts then 1 part was missing to which he said he would send out and now nothing. I'm really disappointed, angry, upset. My wife asked Adam specifically when we bought the bed that it is so cheap are you sure we are not compromising on service or quality and we are getting what we asked for to which he said yes. Totally not true. I've now taken this up with Trading Standards and writing a formal letter to the company now. Adam, if you see this, we don't want your bed and want our refund. Letter coming recorded delivery shortly.

We ordered the Nina bed with 180cm headboard and it is stunning! We also got the 3000 pocket sprung mattress and it is amazing, so comfy! Would definitely use this site again for another bed, the quality and detail is just perfect 👌🏻

The bed we received is terrible compared to the promotional picture of the bed we thought we would be getting.

We bought the Nina wingback bed and paid an additional fee for extra headboard height and the ottoman storage option.

The ottoman option came as 2 x single duvan beds, with really cheap, nasty looking interior. The whole bed feels cheap and of pior quality and looks nothing like the original bed we ordered.

I contacted the company only to be told, we got what we paid for, a divan storage option. They offerred to refund the storage option of £140. My response to them was that I would prefer to return the bed within the 14 day period as stated on their website...I have had no response from them and have since sent a further email which they are yet to respond to.

A terrible company selling terrible products. I hate the bed we have ordered and at £649.60, it's an expensive mistake.

Do not trust this company, buy your bed from elsewhere.

Love our bed, it took a little time to make but I am sure that is due to covid 19 and the order arrived sooner than advised by the delivery driver

If you are lucky to get a bed still standing good for you. BUT bought a queen size bed just before coronovirus lockdown and the frame of bed began BENDING until BROKEN. My sleep is far from 'comfy' the bed is sunken in the middle and I now have back pain.

I contacted company at the time and told when lockdown had eased would sort this out. I was patient in view of global crisis. Once lockdown eased I sent emails to reach a resolution. No response! I called through customer service either it goes to a voicemail or a promise that a manager will ring back straight away BUT no one does!

I paid through Klarna and have now contacted them to help resolve this issue.

Buying a bed through this company was the BIGGEST MISTAKE.

If you want to chance being stuck with a DEFECTIVE BED and POOR NIGHT SLEEP this is the company for you!!

Absolutely loooove our bed, so comfortable and looks amazing, great service & the customer service is brilliant so helpful. Definitely recommend this company 👌🏼

Do not deal with this company! They delivered the wrong headboard height that I ordered and now refuse to do anything about it

Firstly I would have given comfy sleep homes a 5 star but due to the current CLIMATE WITH COVID I’m sure it bought some challenges to comfy sleep homes and so communication wasn’t as good as it could have been around delivery in my opinion.
However the quality of the bed, the matteress and the actual team that came to deliver and assemble the bed was amazing. Would Definitely recommend them
