I ordered a 75 h by 60 w splashback based on an image of a 60 by 60 example. The product sent had the same image stretched vertically to fit the larger size, distorting the image. A different, wider example featured an extended ( not stretched ) image. It would have been better had the taller splashback been produced with a larger initial image to reduce distortion.

We sent it back (at our cost ) and have received a refund (thank you). We then bought a different product from B&Q.

Saw the company on Amazon but needed a bespoke size so contacted company direct. Easy to order online, my questions on glue versus screws were answered quickly. Order was dispatched and delivered (to a Scottish island) within timescale stated. Very happy with my now installed glass splashback.
