Beautiful tiles

I got some free tile samples to see which would suit your new bathroom. The samples arrived promptly and were only $15 for 4. They really helped me visualize the decor.

Samples arrived quickly, well wrapped and nicely presented. They are a good size and will help me choose my tiles unfortunately I don’t think it will be any of these. So great I could get samples to make sure.

Good service. Great product. Awesome colour. I love my new tiles!

Ordered my sample... So quick to arrive!
Very happy and loved one tile in particular. Communication was great. Great company to deal with. Thank you

I cannot recommend ColorTile highly enough. Their range of tiles, prices & customer service are outstanding. A special mention to Anna, who has been so helpful from the start & is rushing the tiles to Melbourne for me. A great experience!

Timely, polite delivery

I’m extremely impressed with the fantastic service & advice I received from Colourtile. I heartily recommend them for both small & big jobs. Thank you.

friendly staff on the phone and prompt delivery.

I found ordering the sample very easy & arrived at my doorstep within a few days which was amazing. The lady from Colortile was very helpful & left me with a great service experience.

Was a very easy process and the Italian tile I chose is stunning, delivery was quick and communication clear.

Great selection, lots of samples and quick postage. I'm in WA so its nice to be able to do a lot of the calculations online to get as close to a price as possible prior to actually ordering.

Great service. Samples came quickly from SYD to MLB and so did our beautiful tiles once we selected.

I wanted some sample tiles and they arrived.

Samantha from Colortile was extremely helpful, insightful and patient with all our constant changes- in particular for a first time home builder, the process is very daunting with so many options and choices!

Tiles arrived as promised, carefully packed, good communication throughout the purchase process.

Order # 243026 on 12.04.22 Paid at Port Macquarie office for 4 cartons 300 x 600 x 9mm of Kempsey Grey ZKE2055A (p2) Code AG2463 tiles. All staff involved were very friendly and helpful. I am aware of staff shortages in our current environment. I phoned on 02.05.22 to ensure my order was in and if ready to pick up as I wasn't notified. Yes it was, so upon driving from Harrington to Port Macquarie (69kms one way ) on Thursday 5 May, I was advised by a lovely young girl that there was only 3 boxes (not 4 like I ordered). It was disappointing to say the least especially with the price of petrol now. She took my phone number and advised me she would ring up the Company to find out where my other carton was and to ensure the carton had the same dialot Number as the other's and get back to me. Hopefully I will hear something back soon.
Considering the situation and inconvenience caused to me, it would be nice if Colortile could deliver all 4 cartons of tiles at my home address once the situation is addressed. If it wasn't for the inconvenience I would have given 5 stars.
Kind Regards

I purchased terrazzo floor tiles and subway tiles for two bathroom renovations on recommendation from my plumber and having first requested samples which arrived promptly and were extremely useful.

All the tiles purchased were good quality at a reasonable cost and look exactly as expected.

Would definitely purchase again and highly recommend.
