We were fortunate to find Anna Taylor who was beyond outstanding. Super efficient, kind thoughtful and caring. Extremely thorough in her research. Unfortunately she had to deal with a couple of less competent people in our house chain. 100%percent recommend this delightful lady and thank her enormously.

My husband and I chose Coles Miller to act as our solicitor for our first home purchase. I was incredibly nervous due to having challenges with our credit rating and it's been a long road to get to a stage in which we could buy our own property. What can I say? Except that Coles Miller have been absolutely exceptional their service has been so professional. They are very quick to respond to emails, phone calls. They also deal with everything in a very timely manner Lianne who we were dealing with was just absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond with everything we needed. The whole team are just amazing.

Apauling customer service attitude, I initially sent an enquiry as they advertise the services I required. I actually got through to signing paperwork on engaging them . From that point the solicitors attitude was shocking. Dare I the customer expect an email not answered one day and my follow up next day not answered to be asking to much ?
I was bluntly told they were working on the previous two days emails so I was asking a bit much in demanding ? Same day answer . The ridiculous thing was I only wanted to bring paperwork and required id in lol god help you with this company !
