Firstly Tony my customer service…

Firstly Tony my customer service assistant was very friendly and helpful in making me decide which product to go for. I ended up choosing the San Mai Tai Pan VG10 knife. It came well packaged, fast free shipping and in perfect condition. The knife itself is stunning, seems extremely robust, lightweight and perfectly formed. The sheath is very nice. Overall a fantastic product and experience.

Hi Jon

Thank you for your review. It is super frustrating for us too. We have 2 main issues we're facing:

1. Is the transition from Cold Steel to the new owners GSM, this did cause some interruptions to the supply chain.
2. Covid is still massively affecting the manufacture of the goods in the Far East, the import of those goods in to the US and then the import of the goods in to the UK. It is still continuing to screw things up for us. Just to give you an idea, it used to take a couple of days for arrange for the goods to be collected, due to covid and driver shortages, my freight forwarders are telling me it takes 6 - 8 weeks just to collect the pallets. It's an absolute nightmare.

Setting a Benchmark

I've shopped with Coldsteel UK on two or three occasions and each time they get the job done quickly and efficiently. Once the orders were placed I received my items within a day or two and they arrived without fault.

I wish them all the best for the future and I'm sure I will be purchasing from them again.
