No communication since 13th July
We ordered a dining table on 13th July with an express 1-3 day delivery. Its now the 25th July and I have still not received it. Ive had zero comms, Ive messaged through the website as guided to 5 times and have had one response from someone telling me they'd look into my query. That was 3 days ago and I have still not head anything, not an email or anything explaining the delay since 13th.
Thankfully I paid using my credit card and have started a section 75 request to get my money back.

Thank you for reaching out and we are truly sorry for the experience you have had. We completely understand your frustration, not receiving your order after 12 days with no meaningful communication is simply not acceptable and falls well below the standard we hold ourselves to.
We have looked into this but unfortunately we are unable to locate any previous messages from you on our system as I can only see your initials MH on TrustPilot. We are sorry that our website messaging has let you down in this instance.
Could you please email us directly at cokuhome@coku.co.uk with your order number so we can locate your order immediately and get this resolved for you as a priority? We want to get to the bottom of what has happened with your delivery and update you properly without any further delay.
Once again we are sincerely sorry for the poor communication and the wait, this is not the COKU experience we want for any of our customers and we will do everything we can to put this right for you as quickly as possible.

Great service great product
Delivery service was seamless, they took care transporting the product and I was very happy with my furniture when it arrived. I'm on the look out for new pieces as they come into the shop as they are extremely well made.

This item was a clearance line that proved incredibly popular, and unfortunately by the time your delivery was being prepared our warehouse team discovered that the remaining bases had all been allocated, leaving only the tops. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be informed the day before delivery, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. As a clearance item it is not due to be restocked, but we would love the opportunity to help you find something you love from our current collection. Great quality furniture
Great quality furniture and very timely delivery. It’s obvious they invest in customer service and delivery services. We ordered a TV unit and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Assembly was easy and their courier delivered it all the way to the living room.

Sara table & Athena chairs - great!
We recently took delivery of a Sara 1m diameter wide oak table and 2 Athena chairs. All items are well made and look great. The chairs are in stone (a light grey) and were easy to assemble.
The table was a little more difficult to build as the lettering and numbers, mentioned in the instructions for the legs, were missing. The construction is simple enough so we quickly worked out what went where
The only complaint is regarding the cardboard packaging. The items were securely packaged but the cardboard smelled as though it had been left outside during muck spreading on a farm!
Overall, we are very pleased with the quality and looks of the furniture, which was delivered undamaged and on time by AIT

Delivered with broken parts
Nice piece of furniture, however, despite being very well wrapped, it was delivered with a broken door catch, and missing screws on a door hinge which meant the door didn't hang properly. Although a new door opener was posted to me I had to find someone to fit this for me as i didn't have the tools, so it was a bit disappointing.

We're sorry to hear about the door catch, unfortunately these can occasionally be fragile during transit, even with careful packaging. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused. For future reference, should this ever happen again, the catch is straightforward to refit at home using just a small cross-head screwdriver and 4 screws. We're glad we were able to get a replacement out to you quickly, and we hope you're now enjoying your furniture!

This company is special. I received my table, and it was gorgeous. I was t expecting it to be different shades of the wood grain but after 24 hours I just fell in love with it. The company offered to change it and even showed me pictures of others if u wanted to exchange but u chose not to. Will definitely be purchasing from coku again.
