Hi Leanne,
We’re pleased to confirm that your parcel was delivered on 18 September.
We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the delay. For clarity, we received your order on Saturday, dispatched it on Tuesday morning (our next business day), and followed up with the courier when we became aware of the delivery delay. The courier advised us that the delay was due to high freight volumes and assured us that the parcel would be delivered.
We also acknowledge that we should have proactively contacted you about the delay, and we apologise for not doing so.
While the delivery delay was with the courier and outside our direct control, we understand that this was frustrating. We always aim to provide a reliable service and appreciate your feedback, which will help us improve our communication with customers.
Now that your order has been successfully delivered, we would genuinely appreciate it if you could reconsider your one-star rating and update your review to reflect the full experience.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
There was initially a problem with my order. I contacted them and they immediately fixed it. Would absolutely buy from them again!

Hi Sheri,
Thank you so much for your review! Most of the products we sell were recently launched in New Zealand and are imported from Sri Lanka. Since their introduction, sales have exceeded our expectations, which unfortunately led to them being out of stock. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We're actively working on restocking and will have them available in New Zealand soon. Our website will be updated accordingly.
Thank you for your patience and support!
I recently contact the supplier to raise a concern about the consistency of cans of coconut cream I had purchased. The supplier contact me within 24 hours offered a replacement of alternative products over and above what I had expected. I am very impressed with the customer service I received and will continue to purchase from this supplier as well as recommend this business to others. Much appreciated.
