I was little scared to order my wedding gown online , so that I went to cocomelody newyork pop up store to see the sample gowns and quality of work.
And then I have ordered the gown through them, which I received a really great service. Gown was little tight for me , however just give extra 5 cm for your measurements.

Great customer service

so i bought a dress from them that was 975$ canadian plus shipping of 38$. the dress did not look the same to me when they send me a picture to fix the sleeve and I have talked to multiple people and they ignored saying it is the same. then when the dress came, it had multiple rips on the dress on the left breast area as well as below it. it also has ripes where they try to cover it with a different piece and glues which you can tell by touching it. customer service says this is how the dress is made and to send me pieces of cloths where i can paste on the dress. so unprofessional. i am ready to take legal action.

I order a costum dress and ask for a modification wich was made. It arrive on time and I was very happy of the result. I was a bit worry to order online at first but the costumer service was nice and answer fast to all my question. Got a lot of nice compliment on it. I glad I decided to proceed.

I receivd my dress a week ago and I couldn't be more happy with my custom made dress from cocomelody. I have to take it in around the waist but that was expected as I lost about 2 inches. Other than that it's perfect. I'm really happy with my purchase. The only thing that I would say that I didnt like was that I couldn't make changes once I put the order in. But that could have been my fault because when I asked them to change to corset back, they said they were too far along to change it. Other than that I'm happy happy happy. Cant wait to see it with my hair and everything put together. I would definitely recommend cocomelody to anyone on a budget and worried that buying online is risky for such a personal and intimate purchase. 😊 bring a store to Palm Beach!

Update** I took my dress to my seamstress and she was looking for the tag lol. I just smile and said yea, online lol she was surprised at how well the dress is made. I'm in love and I cant wait till he sees Me on June 8th in this dress!

I had my wedding dress from them last year. It was such a perfect dress. Excellent quality. Loved it so much.

Not happy with the quality at all, these gowns are very low quality and cheap, not what the photos portrait. Ended up having to buy another gown, I wish I listened to the people that told me I should stay away. Not worth it
