I never recieved the dress and my event has now passed. They shipped a 200 dollar dress with a shipping company that has a 1 star review with trust pilot. They keep saying it will come but has not provided a valid shipping number to confirm and wont give me a refund.

Would not recommend this store to anyone. From what I can tell they used to be fine when they had a store front in Cali, but now they are terrible. Shipping takes forever and in the case you need to return - good luck. It’s been a month since I submitted mine and still nothing. Most likely going to have to eat the $150.

Please careful regarding return policy. They say you can return but make it difficult. The dress i purchased was lovely but simply the wrong size. I made sure to purchase a 'stock' size just incase it wasn't true to size. I tried to exchange it but do to hassle I'm out of time for the event I have. Frustrating

I was nervous about ordering my dream wedding dress online, but when I saw my dress at an incredible price I had to give it a chance. The communication was always fast, and they helped with my many questions. The dress is exactly as shown online and so stunning in person. The custom measurements fit me almost perfectly. My only complaint was in the cup size it was far too large for my small chest and I had to get creative for a proper fit. It was so stunning in person and on and I received so many compliments. Plus I ordered it on a short tomeline and received my dress within a month, a huge stress relief. If you see your dream dress on cocmelody, get it! You will not be disappointed.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are in China and you will have a very difficult time returning the dress if you don't like it or it doesn't fit. The dress I purchased looked great in the photos, but the fit was horrible when I got it - not at all like what the photo showed. It's like the top of the dress was a completely different size than the bottom of the dress and it would take a complete tear apart and resewing to get it to fit - if I even liked it enough to do that (which I don't). When I asked about returning the dress, I am now getting the run around and they are not providing me with the address where I can return the dress to. They want to offer $40 as a refund to go towards alteration on a dress that would need to be completely redone - and as I said I don't even like it that much to do the alterations (particularly now that I'm having these issues with what should be a simple return). Just be warned that if you don't love the dress - you'll have just thrown your money away with a purchase here.

I was really hoping to have a good experience with Cocomelody as I read some great reviews. However, the jumpsuit I ordered did not come as expected at all. It was not the quality that was shown and the sizing was completely off. I contacted customer service immediately, and while they were super nice, their return policy is in fact not hassle-free at all and is very misleading. I am still waiting for cooperation with the return and am losing almost $100 because of them.

Buyer Beware!!
Plan on waiting weeks and weeks for your order. The product clearly comes from China. However, their website shows a local store giving the illusion that it’s an American company.
I ordered the outfits two sizes up because I’ve heard that when ordering wedding clothing it’s best to size up. I received the order late and their sizing is clearly off. I ordered a size 8 and received a size 0. I immediately emailed them to ask for instructions for the return process. I’ve sent close to 15 emails and I’ve received no instructions on how to return for a refund. They are difficult to communicate with and not holding up their end of their return agreement. A company you can not trust

Cocomelody is not a scam. I was a bride on a budget and have browsed JJHouse, Azazie, Lulus and other affordable options, but Cocomelody's designs appealed to me the best. But what really earned my trust was their customer service. I inquired additional pictures to see details of a dress and got a very polite reply right away. They also sent a timeline of when they go on sale which I took advantage of. They will also refer you to a Facebook page of other real Cocomelody brides and shoppers who give reviews and advices, which is a wonderful community.

I am big on details and the dress I bought didn't disappoint. They use quality fabric, and the sewing is well done. My mom is a seamstress and she approved. I just recently sent them wedding photos, and they were respectful enough to ask my social media handle and my photographer to give credit before they post it. So yes, they are totally legit and trustworthy.

I bought my wedding dress and it was stunning. The zipper wouldn’t zip all the way up but that was only because I didn’t send my exact measurements. I sent them an email explaining my dilemma and they responded with such kindness and gave me several options for a solution, including a percentage of my money refunded to me even though it was more so my fault it didn’t fit-NOT theirs. I found out I could just take it to get it altered so I decided to just do that but I will definitely be shopping here again!!!!

Fantastic customer service easy to communicate with, and my dress was exactly as described! I’m beyond excited to wear it on my big day. Highly recommend!

Super sweet customer service! My bridesmaid dress came in with plenty of time to spare. Fit amazing too! Slight chemical smell but that was easily removed by letting the dress air out.

I truly recommended this company. The quality is amazing and almost too good for the price – as the dresses are pretty much half price compared to going into a bridal store. I also made some changed as I wanted sleeves on my dress – and this was of course no problem for the team at Cocomelody. I also decided to have the dress custom sized, and it fits like a glove.

The communication were clear and super friendly, and I was always updated on the progress of my dress. The shipping to Norway was also super fast!

I am really satisfied with my dress as its truly beautiful and I can´t wait to show it off on my wedding day.

I wanted a dress that was inexpensive and I found one on Cocomelody. It’s just one day for a couple of hours and I also didn't want a white dress but one that had a little bit of color. Once it was selected I sent it in. Communication with them was great. I had them add a layer to the front of the dress because it was a little revealing and it came out perfect. I also loved how I was also able to get it custom sized so I would feel comfortable in the dress and not stress about losing weight in time. Overall I had a great experience with them and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dress.

While searching for my dream black wedding dress, there weren’t a lot of options available in-store or the dresses were way too expensive! I stumbled upon Cocomelody and saw my dream wedding dress! I was a little skeptical at first but looking at reviews I went ahead and ordered my dream dress with standard measurements on August 25. I just received my dress in the middle of October and it fits perfectly, looks just like it did on the website and I love it even more in person! I would say if you’re ordering custom sizing put your order in 4-5 months in advance. Iris was so amazing throughout the process and setting my mind at ease when it can be such a hectic process! If anyone is skeptical about ordering, please don’t be!

The dress that I bought from here was perfect. It was exactly the style I had planned for my day, good quality, excellent price and it got here on time. I also bought a veil from here to go with it. Just needed to be steamed a bit after the shipping.

I’m so delighted with my dress! I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a dress online especially with how affordable it is, but the quality is fantastic! It’s exactly what it looked like in the pictures. I would recommend sizing up as they do come up a little small. All of their dresses whether they are standard sizes or custom are made to order so I imagine this would make returns difficult if you don’t get the right size for you. Delivery was very quick, 4 days earlier than I expected - I ordered on 09.08.24 and it arrived on 23.09.24. 100% recommend Cocomelody ❤️

I can’t rave about this website enough. GET THE DRESS!
I was on a budget for my wedding, but i still wanted a really nice dress, and something that I felt I would love. I chose the CW3156 dress in Black, and got a custom size to be sure it fit me correctly.
I cannot explain how perfect this fits, and i can’t explain how beautiful i feel. It is indescribable. The only complaint i could even give is that during the time my dress was being made, i couldn’t get any progress pictures, but Iris explained that it was because the dress was being made in a separate factory and that honestly makes sense.
