Cocklestorm Fencing Limited Arvostelua

I ordered replacement foil wrapped upvc panels and replacement gate which were built to order. Fitting team were polite and cleaned up afterwards taking away old panels and gate. I would recommend company willingly

Dear Sir,

Having phoned up Cocklestorm, making complaint about a missing section of timber. I received a call from a person who self described himself as the Sales Manager.

He refused to accept a section of timber was missing from the gate supplied. Asserting that one long edge has no such timber, allowing for hinging.

Having been a joiner for more than forty years, I can assure you that the man does not know what he is talking about.

Firstly: Hinging of a gate should always occur on the 4" x 1" framed and braced part of the gate.

Secondly: If you decide that a gate will be hung on the waney - lap side of the gate; you should make enquiry to the customer on which side hinging is to occur. so you can put the ONE edge timber on the correct side. For a whole host of reasons the concept of hanging a gate on the waney lap side is inconceivable. Should your sales manager have any practical knowledge whatsoever, he would know this.

His assertion that the gate would be too wide if it had two edging pieces is absolute rubbish. As it is the gate will fit my situation with the addition of both edge pieces being applied. A simple reduction in the width of the framed and braced element of the gate could allow for both edge pieces to be applied, whilst maintaining the 3' width it is described as.

I wish you well in your endeavours but your company will not receive any endorsements from myself.

Kind Regards

David Smith

I couldn't be happier with our new fence! Great work from the lads who did the job and excellent customer service from Claire and Hazel. I would 100% recommend Cocklestorm to everyone!

I recently engaged Cocklestorm to undertake a garden fence repair involving the removal and replacement of a concrete garden post. Following several aborted attempts in contracting the work to a sub-contractor of Cocklestorm, ultimately, the work was carried out to a very high standard directly by an employee of the company.
My advice to Cocklestorm following my experience would be to exercise greater care in the recruitment and selection of sub-contractors. The company's reputation may be quickly jeopardised by the injudicious hiring of such contractors.

I have used this company on several occasions and find them courteous, friendly and very helpful
The fencing is of high quality and their fitters are extremely polite and a credit to the company

We recently used Cocklestorm to replace some old delapidated fencing. The prices quoted were stuck to, the installers did a great job and were really professional and friendly

Five star company with five star employees.
Rob Tully who I had the pleasure to talk too and do business with was very professional and very helpful and who went above and beyond to ensure all my enquiries were answered.
I had a similar supplier who were prepared to match Cocklestorm quote but it was Robs customer service which decided me to do business with Cocklestorm.

Excellent communication from ordering the fences to the job being completed.
Colin came and completed the job to an excellent standard in less than half a day.
After being let down by several other fencing companies it was refreshing to have such a professional, hard working company.

After getting rid of an old hedge, we needed some fencing putting for security and privacy. I called Cocklestorm and the next day we met Nigel. What a guy. He gave us a quick quotation and explained everything about the procedure. We explained our situation and he said he would see if he could get the job completed sooner. I then had the pleasure of speaking by phone to Hazel. What a lovely young lady. She sent all the details for deposit and confirmed a "latest by date". Well, the team came the day before the expected date to start the work. What a team. Very polite and explained what their timescale was for the day.
The best service Ive had in many years. Not only can I highly recommend them, my mums getting her fence done by Cocklestorm and the star team of Hazel and Nigel are on the job again.
Thank you so much Team Cocklestorm.

The people who came to do our job worked very hard and tidied up after themselves. Office staff easy to talk to.

Have used Cocklestorm's products for years but when storm Eunice split one of our concrete posts, they really came to our assistance. The post was cracked and in a dangerous condition but there was an added complication in that a previous neighbour had made alterations to their patio and a concrete block had been cemented to part of the post. We could not find a contractor willing to take on the job. We decided to ask Cocklestorm who came yesterday to replace the post. Martin and James did a splendid job and managed to extract the post with minimal effect to our neighbour's property. The lads were friendly and efficient and left everything neat and tidy. Many thanks Cocklestorm for a job well done!

Excellent service. Many thanks for a job well done 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Very positive. Easy to order and deal with the team and communications are good. Quality of the fencing and work is excellent and installed very quickly. Very happy.

Just used Cocklestorm for a second time.
First time was 18 months ago, for fence panels only and I was impressed by the quality.
When I needed to get rid of an ivy choked hedge, last month, I went back to Cocklestorm for fence panels, posts and installation.
Delivered and installed as promised. Fully met my expectations. Excellent job.

From measuring to supply and fitting Cocklestorm have provided an excellant service. Competitively priced and I had more than 1 quote . Overall very satisfied

Very helpful, polite staff the orders arrive when they said they would plus the delivery guy eas polite too, I would highly recommend this company.
My fence looked wonderful thank you...

Excellent quality fencing, efficient service and quick delivery, good communication, would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the service I have recently had from Cocklestorm. Unfortunately the fence panels I ordered were too tall. It was a very easy process to get them changed. The admin staff dealing with the request were very helpful and friendly, as was the delivery driver. I have since recommended them to others.

Ordering on line was quick and easy. The extra heavy duty panels are not the cheapest but the quality is excellent. I chose Cocklestorm panels because the old Cocklestorm panels had lasted 35 years. The delivery driver was pleasant and helpful. What’s not to like.

I have used cocklestorm fencing on a number of occasions and have found their service exceptional. The products I chose was upvc fencing which has made a real difference to the look of my property. They are easy to fit even those panels that were mm too big, just by the use of a good saw cuts them to size. They are delivered when they said they are with excellent care given by their staff. If you are looking for a trustworthy company with excellent customer service, then don't hesitate to use them
