We love using Coax in our business. We moved from another premium competitor but we found Coax to be much better at a fraction of the price. Joel and his team are constantly testing new features and regularly reach out to for feedback and update. We really appreciate using the product and it has been a genuine time saver for our team. Plus, we love that they're an Aussie startup!

The new Shopify integration has been a massive upgrade. Creating transactions is now effortless, with customer details flowing through seamlessly. The addition of GST-inclusive pricing is an absolute game changer for Australian businesses - it removes the guesswork and makes processing orders much faster and more accurate.
The AI, automation, and support continue to be first class. Joel and the team are always quick to help, and any suggestions or issues are taken seriously and acted on fast.
It's rare to find software that keeps improving after you sign up, but that's exactly what we've experienced with Coax. Highly recommended.

Honestly have been blown away by Coax.

Their product has massively exceeded our expectations, being a huge improvement on the more expensive software we were previously using.

It handles 95% of our business communication now from phones, texts, invoices/quotes and more. Everything is now integrated whereas previously we needed to check about 3 different locations for conversations & information about a customer's order journey.

But the standout for me has been the Coax team & their service, which has been second to none so far. They're constantly trying to improve the product and bring features that actually make a difference to our business.

I was hesistant at the start to convert across as the product sounded almost "too good to be true" but it has exceeded expectations in every way.

My experience with Coax was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. They failed to uphold basic business practices. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues, they provided no transparency or accountability.

I expected mutual respect and timely communication for agreed-upon services. Instead, I encountered excuses, lack of communication, and an unwillingness to address their responsibilities. Their behaviour not only reflects poorly on their business ethics but also causes significant emotional strain to those involved.

If you're considering working with Coax, I urge you to proceed with extreme caution. Their lack of integrity and professionalism is a red flag for anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy partners.
