A bad experience from the onset.

A bad experience from the onset.
The sales consultant who CONTACTED ME , lied in certain aspects of his presentation and package offer and company committedto me on behalf . It took a full week for my advisor to contact me and in the meantime I lost valuable opportunities. When I raised the issue with Mido , he just said Dominic will deal with me, costing me more money and lost opportunities. Finally I was contacted by a NEW assigned market analyst who appears to have too many clients and generally always in a hurry when dealing with me. In fact I was left on a call , cut off as she went to deal with her " any " other clients and I done how pressed the wrong place on my account and inadvertently closed a $133 loss transaction , which I now have to recover.

Please note that trading in financial markets involves risk, and losses can occur, especially during volatile market conditions. However, we take your feedback about your coordinator’s conduct seriously, as professionalism and client support are very important to us.

Also based on our records, we can see that although you had some profitable trades, you also experienced losses that resulted in a stop out and depleted your balance.

In order to avoid wiping out your trading account, you can:

Add funds to your account
Close some of your open trades at the current loss
Apply hedging (this involves opening a position that offsets an existing open position)
