Cloudtract Arvostelua 

Cloudtract free is great, but I would like to use the paid features. Except is says coming soon for months. The contact by phone option isn't available on the website and when you send a mail the mail is being replied with a delay. Nevertheless a great product!

Very much like that this system does what it does so well, and doesn't try to do too much. Very simple interface. Thanks to the folks who developed it. I'd try other products from them.

Needs option for US dates.

Needs to state whether compliant with US HIPAA.

It's been an excellent bit of software so far. I haven't had to manage a great deal of contracts, but for my purposes so far, it's been very simple, and very effective.

Fast setup, easy to understand and easy to use. Would love some branding and integration but this is all I need. Now I will not miss a single expiration date on my agreements.

Easy access to documents. Notifications is an added advantage.

It should permit autorenew contracts that Alert the user every week, Month or year. But it is necessary to introduce a new alert date each time there is a message from cloudcontract.

Thank God there is Cloudtract! This has made my work life easy. Great help for small company such as ours. My workmates love it! Thanks!

This product does a great job tracking dates. I have few things I would add:

Notes show in the alert
Add spaces for contract changes and the date of when this happened even if this is in the paid option. Contracts change all the time.

A great product, simple and intuitive. A good example of where less is more, don't change a thing.

Cloudtract is good at what it does, but I wish it was more feature complete. It is a very one note product. If it fills your needs, then it will be perfect. I wish it had more granular reminder settings, better export settings, and a few other creature comforts.

Overall, I am happy with it.

This is a really efficient solution

Finding the PDF attachment

--The location of the PDF attachment for each entry is non-intuitive as compared to other contract management platforms (i.e. ContractSafe).
--The email sent when someone is added as an admin would benefit from a little more detail about what the service is. The other members on my team thought it was a phishing email when they first saw it and deleted it.

Goodbye spreadsheets, this is so simple to use.

My team was looking for an easy and intuitive solution for contract management. Cloudtract served our needs perfectly. An excellent and convenient service worth the trial.
