Really great company for my small move. Quick and easy loading and unloading, with no fuss. Everything done in a couple of weeks and I had good communication from everyone.

It is very difficult to find a company that will pallet personal items and help you coordinate a move to Italy. Clockwork can do it. I have used them for several years. HIghly recommend. I am a repeat customer. I was moving some personal items I packed myself to italy . To save costs I pallet them ship fedex. This was not too much trouble. They arrived loaded them took them to the warehouse and voial I received them in Italy a week later. Nothing was broken everything as planned. Cleared customs in about an hour. Also they accidentally packed my goods on two pallets. When the customs clearance company said fedex would not take them, they packed onto a third pallet at no charge. Thanks Clockwork. BTW they also move domestically if you need them Call them! Love Clockwork

Clockwork were great from start to finish. They worked with me on an interior design project. The furniture had varying lead times and the property was unoccupied, so they took all the deliveries for me, checked each item, and rewrapped them. The team made the install day a really pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was professional, polite and friendly. They went over and above for me, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Worth their weight in gold!

Clockwork Removals have provided an excellent service from start to finish.. Kelly in the office was always very prompt at replying to any email correspondence with clear and concise replies. We had to put back our moving date a couple of times and the process of doing this was seamless. On the day of moving the team of 4 and their 3 vans arrived to what was a tricky access due to limited space and cobbles! They just got on with the job with no complaints - in fact they were in great spirits and worked brilliantly as a team. Nothing was too much trouble. We managed to get our keys quite early and they were more than happy to carry on working to get us in asap. So to summarise I would highly recommend this company for your house removals. Well Done Clockwork :)

Easy to communicate with and very helpful

Extremely pleased with our experience of using Clockwork. They provided a quote very quickly and responded to all our questions beforehand. Excellent communication from start to finish. Removal team were respectful, careful and hard-working. Would absolutely recommend them and plan on using them again.

We had a great experience with Clockwork when we moved from London to Yorkshire in April ‘26. Art and his team turned up on time and immediately all our stress miraculously disappeared. All our packed items were transferred to their van quickly and with care, and they were friendly, positive and cheerful throughout. The team in Leeds delivered everything just as well the next day (ably led by Art again).

The team in the office and quotation process was just as user friendly too.

We’ll certainly be recommending Clockwork going forward…we’re still talking about how easy and stress-free our experience with them was a month later!

We would not hesitate to use Clockwork Removals again. They were very helpful, organised from start to finish. We had a complex problem that needed manpower and equipment and it was sorted with ease and enthusiasm. On site the guys were great and the whole process was straightforward and streamlined (despite the significant levels of coordination required). A pleasure to work with them and will be using them again in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a visit from Niall who was lovely to deal with and had a quote back to me within a couple of hours.
The removals team were excellent. Professional, friendly and really helpful. They did an outstanding job and I believe they went above and beyond what we were expecting from them.

Used Clockwork Removals a couple of times now. I wasn't aware of them prior to Taylor Wimpey arranging them for a house move, though as that went so smoothly we decided to use them again for our next move. Wayne is excellent and we dealt with him both times, really client focussed and keen that you get the service you want at the best price. Hoping we wont be moving again anytime soon, however if we do i will definitely look to use Clockwork removals again.

Really good service all round. Jade was very helpful getting everything booked in and the guys on the day were very friendly and professional. Would recommend to a friend.

Shaun and the whole team were so helpful, very pleasant and fast. They dealt with any issues that arose with a smile.

Nothing damaged or broken and the guys got a huge sofa into a very small cottage, I hope not to move again any time soon but if I did I would hope other clockwork teams would be as good.
