If there was a 0 available for the scale of rating here.. that’s what I’d give as a rating.. as far as I’m concerned, every social media platform that pushes these scam vendors on their sites should be sued for knowingly allowing consumers to be scammed by vendors they know aren’t going to provide anything that they advertised.. are there any lawyers out there that are willing to look into class action lawsuits against scam vendors and the social media outlets that promote these scam vendors ?

I like every one else ordered a steam cleaning mop in May 2026. After a considerable time still no merchandise but they had taken the money. The only communication from them is an email stating that my order was shipped. Sorry to say I didn't do my research first.

This is a scam, and I lost my 50 bucks. Bought trousers and shirts. Initially, it looked OK, but the tracking number provided was not traceable in the US. It will show delivered, but nothing received.
They must have a US carrier which is not the case. I took that Tracking number to all US carriers but none of them was able to find it. Finally, I learned that is all Scam.

We're truly sorry you didn't receive the package again. We've taken this issue seriously and asked the courier to look into it thoroughly. We've filed a claim, but they refused full compensation as the system showed it as delivered. However, we've persistently pushed for a higher compensation percentage and secured you a 70% refund. Is this acceptable? We also suffered losses due to the low product prices, so we'd appreciate your understanding of our situation. Once again, I apologize and await your reply.

Sono dei truffatori. Merce mai arrivata.

They don’t even deserve one star. They never reach out to anyone after they get your money. They use a service app that tracks your package but they don’t even know where it is and they just say it’s delivered and doesn’t even have a clue about its whereabouts. Don’t ever order from them unless you have money to throw away.

I bought the umbrella from them £72. They never replied to my email. I never got my umbrella. I never got a refund on either. They are, scammer. they sent me a letter recorded they said you’r delivery on his way. when I keep tracking my umbrellas been delivered bastards.

Absolutely, do not trade with this company.

Do not part with your money. It’s a scam. Uses numerous names.

Despite several emails and various attempts to contact clivora.com and another email today, there is still no response to my order.
Can I get a refund so I may use a reputable company ...
