Clifton Cameras Arvostelua

I ordered the wrong size phoneskope case for my iPhone & spotting scope but they were great & sorted all out quickly with no fuss,Thanks

I found Clifton Cameras through their partnership with the Centre of Aviation Photography (COAP) Online. I’ve since bought from them a few times, both in person and online. Every time the service has been excellent.

Most recently, I upgraded to the OM System OM-1 Mark II. In the aviation photography genre, generic product specification pages don't tell the whole story. Nor does holding the camera in the store. It really helped to discuss the experience that Aled (who looked after my order) had while shooting with the same camera I was about to buy. No one else is doing this for the aviation market, and it makes a huge difference because manufacturers generally don’t show many aviation test images either.

I also had to make an enquiry to their sales team for a copy of my sales receipt. They were more than helpful and responsive, so I could easily claim the manufacturer's cashback.

If you are an aviation photographer looking for a retailer who understands the specific needs of our niche, then the Clifton Cameras team are the people to talk to.

Second time dealing with Clifton Cameras. Second time I've loved the experience.
Last time it was an OM systems OM3, this time a Billingham bag.
Bag arrived next day, it's perfect too. Love it

Laura was super helpful and made it so easy for me trade in and purchase a new camera, something I was pretty hesitant to do but couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Thanks Laura!

After meetingg Aled from Clifton cameras through COAP online, we discussed about upgrading to mirrorless.
I sent email through to make contact at later date, and was called back to discuss options. Quotes was then sent through at a very competitive level. I decided to go through with Clifton Cameras, and couldn’t the level of communication and level of service received.
After service I’ve received I won’t be buying from anywhere else in future. Great collaboration between COAP and Clifton Cameras

Communication was excellent during a long awaited (delayed) delivery from Fujinon. Only a slight mix up over stock availability stopped me giving a 5 star review. I’m delighted with the Binoculars supplied, which were quickly delivered once received, and well packaged. Great company!

Ordered Leofoto Summit LM-404CL tripod, a special-order item, from Clifton Cameras. Their price was excellent, I was kept updated on delivery, receipt of item was timely. I have no hesitation in assuring Clifton Cameras of my future patronage.

Great customer service in Cheltenham, first class staff!

Purchased a new spotting scope and binoculars from Clifton Cameras. Excellent customer service from Flynn, I would definitely recommend CC.

First class service my new favourite camera store !

Comprehensive and helpful advice from Sam

Carry a vast range of products and all at very competitive prices. Even though I didn't pay from next day delivery, my product was delivered next day which was unexpected and a very pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered an original Camera battery at 3:30pm and it arrived at 11:00am the next day.
Well packed.
Brilliant courier DPD.
And hows that for next day delivery 10/10 thankyou.
If only other companies could be like this.

I ordered a Pentax lens that had to be ordered in specially. I was kept informed as the the progress of the order at all
Stages. As I had never visited Clifton Cameras’ store in person, I decided to collect the item instead of having it shipped to me. All staff in the store were attentive and friendly and the store itself is well situated and laid out very well with plenty of demo units to handle. Even though I had a round trip of 240 miles to collect the lens, it made for an excellent day out. Highly recommended 👍

Prior to placing an order I raised questions with the supplier, these were answered immediately.
My order was placed on 7/1/26, the process was straightforward. The goods were delivered by courier the next day. Full information was provided & a 1hr delivery slot allocated. Items were very securely packaged & delivered within the time slot.
Exceptional service from start to finish.

Great company! Super helpful. Myfi in particular was brilliant, efficient and helped me sort out an issue quickly. Massive thanks to her! I’d highly recommend them.

As usual, Clifton Cameras deal with high value orders in a reliable yet friendly manner. 5-6 times I’ve ordered online with them & they’re second to none!

Excelent knowledge of spotting scopes and a great price. It also arrived the next day which was a bonus. Well done Clifton Cameras
