So far we have been very happy with the product and the service.

We have come across Click4Assistance when looking into adding live chat on our website. We have tried trial versions from more companies, but Click4Assiatance managed to persuade us to subscribe with them by providing the best assistance through the trial period. We really felt like a valuable client and I am happy to say that this continued even after we subscribed.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team behind this software. You do require a "can do" attitude to customise this software completely (and a bit of time) but the customer service team are there for you the whole time. With scheduled yet unintrusive follow up calls, you are completely supported.

An excellent service – The service we have received from Click4Assistance has been excellent, with frequent contact and support and always somebody on the end of the ’phone willing to help. The implementation of the system was quick and simple, following a free trial period which helped us get up to speed with the operational management of Live Chat. Now in place, our Customer Service Representatives enjoy the added variety to their role and overall feedback from our customers has been excellent

We have found this solution so useful we have now rolled it out across 3 of our websites and plan to expand our use of this technology. Ongoing updates and developments, such as embedded chat, are welcome and timely. Click4Assistance offer a reliable service and their people are both helpful and knowledgeable - long may that continue.

Click4Assistance is great value for money. It costs very little, works great with very little configuration and provides a service that users/customers find hugely valuable. The support is also excellent, with very friendly staff ring up regularly to check things are ok, and they seem genuinely keen to hear feedback on the service and how it could be improved.

We took the trial and approached it not knowing how it would take off. Firstly, was impressed by the take up of the chat service, but also the number of people who leave enquiries when we are offline. Backup from Click4Assistance was first class. Also, when the trial ended, they didn't hound us to sign up, but kept in touch. We signed up to the intermediate service and whilst not busy as such yet, we are getting quality enquiries. As we roll out our services to a new area soon, we will be taking on an extra licence to deal with enquiries for that website too. This company are highly recommended for their friendliness, professionalism and the fact the service delivers. The analytics are superb.
