I've had the worst experience so far as a long-term online shopping person. I've waited for 1.5 month for the shipping and the product was damaged enough. It came in really poor package and when I asked for refund after 7 emails they get back to me and tried to negotiate me to re-send another product as gift. I think this company is pretty much fake!

I was supposed to be a brand rep, but now it will no longer happen. I bought a dress at the beginning of April. It is now July 23rd. I JUST GOT IT LAST NIGHT!! It was not how I expected (but that’s what happened when you order online.) I reached out about 4 times to see if I could have a refund issued, I was told to be patient due to COVID-19. Okay, I understand COVID, but it still should not take this long for shipping. I was unaware that the package was coming from China either. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I bought the sexy black dress, fitted nicely. The website was easy to use. The quality of the products are 10/10. I've had no problems. Still waiting on 1 more order tho.

6 Months ago I bought a dress, the plan was to become ambassador.
The dress was never delivered. But not only that. After sending Cletora several emails, in an attempt to receive feedback concerning my purchased item, I never received any reply.
And if course I did not get my money refunded.

They're just ripping off customers with ambassador requests and so called programs. They sell same stuff with same pics you can find on wish etc for way lower price - and I made purchase about two mounts ago, they dont answer emails or dms. So yeah, I'm lucky for have made really small purchase, as I have done with these few "brand ambassador programs" I've joined. This was first that turned out to be just stealing customers money.

ZERO ZERO ZERO stars! I paid for my "ambassador item" 3 months ago and have never received anything and they refuse to give me my money back! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT fall for their scams! SCAM NOT BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM!!!! THEIVES!

Well I was supposed to be an ambassador but after I completed my order I never heard anything from them, they said they would ship out my order after 3-5 days, it’s been 10 days and I haven’t heard a thing form them. They aren’t answering my emails or my messages, do not order from them I don’t think my order will arrive to be honest, so if you have ordered from them and haven’t heard anything like me I think you should contact the firm you used to pay with. I will see what PayPal says.

When I finally got my purchase after over a month it wasn't even the right color. 😑

I've been recruited as a brand ambassador, but I've figured out that all their clothing, jewelry etc. can be found on chinese websites / apps like Aliexpress and Wish. The items can be bought on those websites / apps for mostly less than 5 euros, yet they sell it for way too expensive. That's why it takes about 1-4, sometimes even 6 weeks to arrive. That's exactly how long it takes to ship from China to anywhere else in the world. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against dropshipping, but it's just bad to sell an item at the expense of the customer.

If you like any of the clothing they sell, or jewelry, or anything else, just search the picture on Aliexpress or Wish. The quality won't be perfect (it will actually the same as if you would buy it in their store) but at least you won't be paying 50 euros extra for a dress that's originally being sold for 5 euros. It's just shady.
