We booked a Chopin concert in Gdansk on
20 nov 9:56. We paid €66, but then they cancelled it on 11:21 (timestamps are when it got in the mailbox)
Shit happens sometimes we understand that, but when they refuse to refund the money and instead send us a gift card. This is unacceptable.
We have no idea if we are ever planning to do things like this again.

After revisiting the email we received from Classictic about the cancellation, we noticed at the bottom an option to contact them directly for a cash refund. €66 is now back in my account.

We are extremely sorry for not being observant enough and i want to make a full apology for winding myself up and writing this review.

In my defense the cancellation text is using 118 words to present the voucher option, and 19 words (at the end) to describe the cash refund option. This is the reason for 4 (intead of 5 stars).
Thanks to Classictic anyway !

Provided relevant info related to the concert and facility. Also very easy check out service.

This was THE BEST event we went to in Paris. The cathedral was sooo beautiful and the music and musician/ singers were outstanding!! Four of us agreed this was our favorite event in Paris. Thank you!

Definitely the best online search and buying experience ever. Easy, quick, clear and functional site, no extra steps or unnecessary information. I easily found what I wanted, paid for it in no time and the tickets arrived immediately. Oh, and the site is so beautiful it made me do some searching just for fun as well. Can truly recommend!

We appreciate Simone’s accommodation of our schedule change during Christmas holidays in Paris. We recommend this service with no hesitation.

Attention, belle arnaque.

it was an easy process, even as a tourist

Portal einfach und gut zu verstehen. Reibungsloser Ablauf!! Super!

The website design was awkward, but the customer service was great. I mistakenly selected the wrong date for an event because the website design made it difficult to scroll the dates. However, when I saw my mistake, Classictic immediately refunded the payment. Great service!

I have purchased tickets from this company twice. They provide quality events. They are easy to purchase tickets from and provide good service.

Everything worked and the process was very easy and quick.

We are preparing to make our third trip to Paris. Yes, we love this city so much!!! Unfortunately, my wife & I both got ill with Covid days before we were to leave. We were able to delay everything by one week to get healthy once again. We had already purchased tickets to two concerts, but the people at Classictic were very helpful in getting the dates on our concert tickets change to align with our new travel plans. Highly recommend!!!

Immaculate Tours in Whittier, California, is organizing a group of pilgrims from St. John of God Catholic Church in Norwalk, California, to celebrate their 775th Jubilee with a pilgrimage to Granada, Spain, and other European sites, including Paris, at the conclusion of their spiritual journey. To give them a surprise farewell event, we managed to obtain 35 Concert tickets at Sainte Chapelle through Classictic.com, which was a quick and simple process of a few clicks to secure the tickets for the group. There was an error on the ticket holder, which was corrected immediately via an email request. Thank you, Classictic.com, for facilitating easy access to this kind of event available online. We will consider this option for our future groups.
