Although this review could be completely different! My order seemed to have been delayed, but when I notified the company of this they responded very quickly. Having only set up the device today, I cannot yet comment on its qualities over a long period but it was easy to learn its ways and it seems to be doing the job of keeping my watches on track. But I expected too much from the original model by failing to switch between my three devices and as a result, the motor failed. I have learned!
