CityVan Arvostelua

Excellent service when moving between one bed flats across town. Booked Paul at last minute and he was great. Very trustworthy and easy to get on with. Will use again next time for sure!

very good and professional. Valuable price.

Came at short notice at the weekend. Made everything easy and pleasant. Thank you Paul. Will definitely call you again next time I need to move anything!

Very flexible, very friendly. Came out on a Sunday for an emergency move of some things into short-term storage. I’ll be hiring Paul again when the time comes to bring it back!

Excellent service, very helpful, super efficient - will definitely use the service in the future

We just make the booking last minute, and Paul managed to find time for us !

Thanks again Paul,

Excellent all round service. Very easy and swift booking confirmation on the phone. Paul arrived early and started loading van immediately, plus took great care in loading fragile goods. Nothing was too much trouble and would definitely recommend.

Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s moving house in the city. Even though there was a slight delay in the pickup time, Paul was super communicative and the entire move went smoothly. Excellent level of service and professionalism.

Great help loading and unloading and a down to earth, lovely guy! 5 stars deservedly!

With a 24 hr deadline to relocate my son's belongings from London to Hereford, I looked up 'a man with a van' hastily and called Paul Butson. Quite a hike for him to drive with road works etc en route! However he arrived like a breath of fresh air! His van was spotlessly clean, with all the equipment required to ensure the safe transit of a large load!!! He kindly transfered all the items into my secure unit. I warmly recommend him for his assistance. Mrs Hooley

Look no further than cityvan, this is probably the best service provider in this category thatbi found having lived in Canada, US, UK and Spain! Paul is a very helpful and a true professional. I was late to the storage unit from where we were to move out some furniture. Paul was very understanding and did not seek to charge for waiting. If you want a professional, efficient and safe pair of hands then call Paul. Many thanks Paul for your help. Much appreciated.

Do not look anywhere else, you found what you were looking for. I would recommend Paul and his company to anyone. He is really reliable, friendly, helpful and prices are really good !

A real gent. Great service.

Really pleased with Paul’s professionalism and level of service. Made the job a lot easier than I thought. Recommended

Paul was super helpful & reliable would definitely use again!

Great communication, competitive pricing, on time - all as you would expect. Thanks!

Great service from Paul!! Many thanks!

I contacted Paul at relatively late notice to move my disabled brother’s furniture and belongings, and he managed to fit us in. He did the job with professionalism and a good sense on humour. Despite being held up on a previous job he didn’t let us down and worked ‘til late ‘til the job was done. I would definitely recommend his service.

Amazing, efficient service! Paul is a genuinely great guy who makes the stressful task of moving seem like a breeze! Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking to move

I work with couriers in my profession, and also move home a fair bit being a renter in London. Paul and his business, CityVan, are simply, de facto, THE best I’ve encountered at what they do.

The prices are, if anything, lower than they should be. Whatever it is that you need: patience, care, flexibility... You’ll get it from them. I’m delighted to see that other reviewers have remarked on the manner, as well - often times using these services comes at a stressful time in one’s life. CityVan takes that stress out of the equation - in a very good way, and while retaining perfect professionalism, it’s a bit like working alongside an old friend with a van.

For these prices, and with this level of service, you’d expect a catch - but no, there is none. The vehicles are pristine and (while promptness on the part of the customer is, I’m sure, appreciated) there’s no staring at the clock, no pressure, nor any driving too fast (all of which I’ve come to expect with other services of this sort).

I would, and do, recommend CityVan to anyone, and in the strongest possible terms. Trust me, and trust Paul and CityVan. Since discovering CityVan I have never, and will never, go to anyone else for the services CityVan provide.
