Purchased a flight on March 6. Got to the checkin counter, and they would not release my ticket without seeing the credit card used for the transaction. City Bookers would not provide the credit card, would not verify with Oman Air, and likely, based on the reviews, not refund my money. I was not allowed to board the flight, my vacation ruined, and my money lost. Do not use this company to book anything.

It is a scam... a complete gang that will get your money! Be aware of dealing with them.. I am waiting for one year now to get a refund!
Don't deal with them though you may find them with better prices sometimes.

Without a doubt ... a fraud.
Managed by Arab and Indians ...

They showed me a price on the ticket and charged me 50$ extra on my Visa!!

Contacted and chased them for a month. They used to answer emails at the beginning and then ignored me.

Go with trusted providers like Expedia ...

Booked a return flight from Dubai to Singapore. Got confirmation almost instantly. Only problem was on the airline website it took a lot of time to show my booking as confirmed, other than that experience was very smooth.

This company is a complete fraud. Please do not deal with them. After numerous follow ups, and confirmation emails saying that the refund will be made with 15 to 30 working days, the agent told me that they are unable to make a refund to credit card!!! That itself shows that there is no intention to refund and that the company is a fraud and is setup only as a cheating mechanism. They offered to send me travel coupons which I can use on any airline, any day and at any time. I company which cannot make a credit card refund expects me to believe they can issue a travel coupon!!!! Pathetic!!

They never refunded my cancelled ticket and stopped responding to my multiple emails.
Don't ever use this website.

Never again! That's daylight robbery! Everybody should put pressure on skyscanner, momondo etc to NOT connect to them anymore.

Very bad experience.
1. They issue my ticket after about one month.
2. They did not reply to me emails.
3. They did not issue my ticket until I escalate to wego.Com
4. Call center not replying too.
5. Now I am requesting refund after canceling my ticket. 2 months and they still did not refund.
I would like to mention that the original booking was done through wego.com.sa website.

They are scam, their all team should be in jail soon , same thing happened to me , more than 3 months I didn’t get my refund , I am sending many emails but no response from them.

Cheaters, they took my money and never got it back after cancelation, they told me i will get back my money after 30 working days, until now after 3 months they used way when you talk to you we have problem in transfer money

cheat, Fraud and they stole your money for sure.may be not at the first time but definitely some time.first they respond smoothly and after asking refund you can not able to talk to them.this is why they can survive and fix attractive price.if you want to loose the money go for it.

VERY BAD TRAVEL AGENCY, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE REFUND AT ALL, I CANCELLED A TICKET AND 4 MONTHS NOW, MY REFUND IS NOT RECEIVED. KINDLY DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Its a scam... Bought the tickets to find out at the airport that the booking does not exist.

They're not a scam company guys! This is my second review as what i have promised. Everything went well and my airline had even sent me an online check in a day before my flight. I was able to select my seat number too. 🙂🙂🙂

strongly i do not advice anybody to deal with that unfair agency
they got my money and did not refund or change my ticket .

very bad company .. takes your money and do not issue a tickets . and never respond to your calls or emails ..

I made a reservation on CityBookers Kuwait two times but the reservation was cancelled the first time the refund was made in the same day but the second time they neglected my emails when I called the hotline they asked for my bank information to credit my refund a week a ago and I still waiting :(((((
