i enrolled here in 2018 and later 2023 it was awful experience as because i transferrd from another college i been over 10+ yrs i was always being told associates and staff to go back previous campus and people at book store saw me and called me names i also had bad exprince with fin aid and admissions attitude gave me . inc one of councelors used contempt and devalued me and again told me same shit of why went citrus if i went other college over 10yrs . i only went local college cause time i didnt have money travel old college and wasnt able apply fin aid other college and restriction so wasnt able apply for a while. and i regret coming here because this college cont charging me for term withdrawled and paid and had financial and grevience for but unfortunately this college doesnt do grievievece or financial appeals or complains and people take conplains arent really doing anything they just reject and tell you call somewhere else . they also made me sign paper for loan i told them i didnt want a loan but like said prior this college awful even instructiors womt give credit if u do work business law oned awful including no variety in classes here better transfer university than waste thousands this college

The website and admission process is complicated and you have to literally talk to people like if their knuckleheads but they treat you like dumb heads. Their financial aid dept has horrible service and constantly have to remind them to do things cause they don't care. For counselors at this college horrible they not respectful and I had a councelor devalue me for saying I been fulfillment analyst compared it to my transcripts i was importing from my first college i attended and said she doesnt see experience was snotty smirked and laughed i had bad experince first time with that old lady councelor and they declined academic transcript for first time students. I also had bad experience at owl bookstore where customer service not given and people are treated like know everything the people are just talking over helping customers and ignoring client calls.i emailed and called for 2 weeks this campus bookstore no answer. Just like financial aid dept they don't answer you have to bug them cause they dont care. Horrible campus I don't recommend coming to this over priced campus please choose a university like Azusa or calpoly cause their classes are badly organized and taught .first time i attended in fall 2018 i had bad experience councelor and admissions and finanical aid they even told me why im attending college campus if ive been more years other campus and i shouldve stayed other campus .I returned spring 2024 to have more issues with admissions and financial aid dept and bookstore it was not good at all.. And another thing this college doesnt have AA programs for business not related to management or admin so if you going reg business or general business they don't offer that and they dont offer AS for HR they have horrible degree programs and little class options please dont waste your money this campus or time with people dont care
