Another great experience

As always, it has been a pleasure dealing with Matt at Cimmermann. He is always very helpful and responsive. I am really happy with my new lamp that was delivered quickly.

SCP Agnes oak shelf unit

I bought an SCP oak Agnes high shelving unit from Cimmerman which was delivered today. It's beautiful, excellent quality, I love it! The company owner was great to deal with. Excellent customer service, everything went to plan. I would definitely recommend Cimmerman!

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Matt promptly answered all my questions about products and was very responsive to my request to rearrange delivery. The people who delivered the table and chairs I bought were very helpful, polite and kind and did an excellent job of putting everything together (and were quick and tidy too!). There was a little wait for the items to come into the warehouse, but well worth the wait and I’ll definitely be buying again from here in the future.

Our experience with Cimmermann from the outset with our order of a Norman Copenhagen drawer set was flawless. Matt Cimmermann kept us informed with our purchase and delivery from the point of placing order to arranging and working with us on a convenient delivery date. Incredible focus on quality of the products and customer service from Cimmermann - 5* well done!

Special order

They ordered this in especially for me , it took a little while to come through , but communication was great all the way through and they kept me up to date throughout delivery. Absolutely thrilled with the shelf I purchased.
