Thank you for your review. If you would like to provide us with any further feedback please do not hesitate to email sales@chxout.com and we will be happy to help.
We understand it took a while for us to receive your samples due to a mistake with the postage. Our out of season turnaround time and expected due date was communicated on the sample receipt email. Following a phone message querying the status of the report we advised that further lab work was needed with results expected the following day on the sample due date. The report was provided on the due date advised in the sample receipt email.
