Simple and easy to deal with
Simple and easy to deal with, and they always know the answer to every question. I have had the best customer experience with Churchill Knight and wouldn't go to anyone else. So easy to speak to a real human over the phone, and they always reply to emails promptly. My last phone call was with Regan Stocks who was all round great, friendly and helpful. I've also dealt with Hayley White many times over email and she's so patient and good at explaining things. Thank you to the whole team at Churchill Knight. Love you guys!

I have always had excellent support and service from Churchill-Knight. Today I had a number of administrative issues to address and reached out for assistance. I was dealt with by Regan who was very helpful and provided me with almost instant response and provided the information I required in an accurate manner. A very good service indeed. Thank you Regan.

very professional and helpful
First time working with Churchill Knight so the registration process, like all agencies and payment companies, took a while and a few emails.
All went smoothly tho especially with the help of Amy Holland.
At the end of the phone or email to quickly answer my question.
Thanks Amy.

Friendly and Transparent
Friendly and Transparent. Chatted to Amy on the phone after being recommended Churchill Knight and making an enquiry online about working with them as my Umbrella Company. She was friendly, personable, and explained everything clearly so that it all felt very transparent/upfront. Look forward to working via them.

Highly recommend
I have worked with Churchill Knight for several years now. They have been so helpful throughout. From helping me obtain a mortgage by providing the relevant documents to support this. They have also helped with resolving issues when I have requested support. Most recently Regan has helped with resolving my move from an umbrella company to a permanent role. I would recommend Churchill Knight for anyone requiring an umbrella company to manage their payroll needs.
