This place is a joke will never order here again paid 200 for boots good deal but then after fees went to 250 ok still 50$ cheaper then the other places but then a day before I get the boots I get a message saying I have to pay almost $100 more just to get my package delivered crazy do not order from this company!!

Do not buy from this company if you are in the uk. It appears you are getting something for a reasonable price but this really isn’t the case. Be extremely wary.
I brought some Alpinestars halo trousers, it even said £8.00 ish for shipping on my invoice but before their couriers would deliver they requested over £88.00 in import duties. This is not clear on the Chromeburner website and I believe is intentionally misleading to get a sale. I could have brought this item cheaper locally and had the benefit of returning if it wasn’t suitable for a fraction of the cost.
My advice is stay away from Chromeburner at all costs.

Im Grunde zunächst alles gut mit Ware u. Versand. Leider Reklamationsfall aufgrund eines Defekts am Knieschoner (Polster löst sich ab, obwohl bis dazu kaum genutzt).

Kann die Ware natürlich mit Rücksendeetikett zurückschicken, aber wenn ich dann wieder keine Reaktionen bekomme, habe ich noch nicht mal mehr meine Schoner, die ich jetzt wohl irgendwie kleben werde.
Also: Leider nie mehr mit dieser Firma, mit Kauf endet der Service.

Tras poner una reseña negativa dicen que me ponga primero en contacto con ellos (cosa que es lo primero que hice), tanto con ellos como con la empresa de transporte DHL que ya me han indicado que reclame al proveedor. Reseñan un teléfono que no funciona. Y los correos que he mandado tras poner la reclamación aún no ma dan solución... de pena

Ordered Dainese Mangen absoluteshell pro pants. Received pants without thermal lining that comes as part of the pants. Had to pay $185 of duties which is 52% of the price paid (amount/severity of duties not indicated on website). Multiple attempts to contact seller via email resulted only in “we are busy but we are on it” auto reply. Several emails since then went unanswered. Now I am disputing the charge with my credit card.

Customer service doesn’t work and left me without any product after ordering. They restarted the company under a different management to avoid sending my product I ordered. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Im still waiting for my product for 6 months. Yesterday they told me that they will not reimburse my funds "Tot mijn spijt moet ik u mededelen dat als gevolg van het faillissement van ChromeBurner levering van geplaatste maar nog niet geleverde bestellingen, productreparaties, garantie of restitutie op retourzendingen en het inleveren van cadeaubonnen niet meer kan plaatsvinden'.

I had a part break on a Scorpion Helmet I bought from Chromeburner, Daniel Kaiser was able to contact the manufacturer and get the parts I needed to repair the helmet, and even sent me an extra part just in case I have a problem again.
I feel Daniel went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service.

Great prices but that wasn't the case after being charged customs fees which weren't expected. Which also made delivery very long. Customer service did take a while to reply (11 days) but least i did get a reply after seeing some other reviews.

non existing customer service, they take your money but god help you is you reach out to them for anything but giving them money.

They can't be bothered to even reply

To add insult to injury , they now use UPS for international shipping , so when you pay on their website for shipping expect an inflated bill from UPS to be added at time of delivery.

Buy local, there is no savings to be had with these guys

Ordered a helmet to the UK. Was slapped with VAT charges ECT.

The UK does not charge VAT on motorcycle helmets, so the paperwork provided with the helmet must not have clearly displayed this.

Below is the statement before ordering. Clearly states the same.

Impossible to get replies from chromeburner I have sent multiple emails.

AVOID this company and the other half FC MOTO. Save yourself the stress and headache, just pay the little extra in the UK.

Via de website een bestelling geplaatst. Bijna anderhalve week later nog niets veranderd in bestellingsoverzicht.

Op geen enkele manier contact te krijgen met Chromeburner. Telefoonnummer werkt niet en meerdere keren een mail gestuurd. Op de mail wordt alleen geantwoord met een geautomatiseerde antwoord dat ze er mee bezig zijn.

Heb het vermoeden dat de bestelling niet meer gaat komen.

Had a problem with my cardo communication system, still under warranty, i've emailed them 3 times for a repair/replacement but the scammers are ignoring all emails.

I just purchased an Airoh helmet ($340) from this site for approx. $365 total. I went to track the package, which states it’s expected tomorrow and there are additional fees owed to UPS. When you click for the amount, it lists $537 additional due. The transaction listed no possibility of additional fees.

Terrible service, ordered sena 10r and the unit was faulty, wouldn't charge so sent back, got a refund but had to pay for shipping and wait until it was returned before getting refund. I ended up ordering from another site. They also sell over priced key rings to make up a minimum spend shipping cost. Avoid at all costs.
