Customer service: Great, when I had doubt about delivery, I placed a complain and customer rep cleared my doubt and assured me of delivery.

Product : Sturdy watch for a good price. Product came well packaged and undamaged.

If I could give 0 I would. Faulty GShock watch given to me as gift from my partner for Christmas. Faulty. Even sent a video as to why its faulty. The hands do not match with the analogue time as it struggles to get over the 7. They sent the watch back saying it's not. They didn't even set the time, just proves it's faulty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered two watches via Debenhams which said delivery would be before Christmas. However there was a delay. Contacted Debenhams who were useless (never ordering via them again) so contacted chriselli direct. Their customer service was excellent. Informed me of what was going on. 1 watch was sent when they said it would be (they had an issue with the supplier), however they forgot to send the second watch (mistakes happen). They refunded the watch as a gesture of goodwill for both delays and still sent the watch when it came in and it came quicker than they expected. All communication was via email no telephone number. My only criticism is the replies could have been quicker. The watches themselves were lovely and worth the wait and my boys are very pleased with them. Very hard to find adult looking watches for kids. Will order again but directly.

Glasses ordered for delivery before the 24th Dec via Debenhams. Unable to contact anyone and it's now end of play the 27th Dec.

I have tried Debenham and Chris EllI's website direct, telephone number OOO and you have to login with ticket numbers I do not have.

Would not oderr again and would not recommend.

Very disappointing experience with ChrisElli. Two pairs of the same frame (different colours) developed the same fault under normal use — the frames widened and one pair completely broke when the arm fell off. A third, different frame has been fine. Never happened before in my experience of wearing glasses for 20 years.

ChrisElli acknowledged the frames are faulty but refused a refund. Instead, they expect me to pay to have my prescription lenses professionally removed and refitted elsewhere, despite the issue not being my fault. I’ve already spent £200 on lenses.

Terrible customer service, poor quality control and no accountability. Would not recommend.

I’d be more than happy to take this down if my case is resolved.

Item looks nice just as described on advert. Fast and effective delivery.

One thing not clear to me is that on amazon the same item number 4268 same number on your website. But Diameter is 51 on yours while on amazon 58.
That's the difference I saw.

I ordered a Justina watch via Debenhams. After 2 days of wearing the watch the leather strap "snapped". I contacted Debenhams straight away to advise of the fault and asked for a full refund due to only having the watch for a couple of days and As the Consumer Rights Act clearly states I am well within my rights to expect a full refund as the item was faulty within 14 days of my possession.  Both Debenhams and ChrisElli have refused to refund me as ChrisElli state it was not faulty when dispatched. I am absolutely disgusted that even as a gesture of goodwill they refuse to refund me the £31.49. DO NOT purchase anything from ChrisElli or Debenhams!

Jeg bestilte et ur omkring d. 13 april og har endnu ikke set skyggen af det. Når jeg prøver at komme i kontakt med dem på deres hjemmeside er det umuligt at finde et sted, hvor man kan forklare sit problem.
