I sent photos of the Villeroy & Boch Subway Soft Closing Cylinders 9220.14.00 that I wanted to replace but couldn’t find.
Alex responded immediately and later I had my answer.

It was delivered on time and well packed in a box. Even so the film window on the internal packaging was broken so had I needed to return it, there might have been a problem. As it was, it fitted OK so it wasn't a problem

I needed a new seat for my Villeroy and Boch toilet and had come to a dead end in my internet research. The hinge holes are not the standard width apart and I wasn't sure which model of loo I have. In desperation I enquired on the Choice Replacement Toilet Seat website, and was met with a very prompt reply. Dave managed to identify my toilet almost straight away and was able to recommend a selection of seats which should fit - including adjustable ones which will adapt to fit my unusual hinge measurements. Highly recommended!
