The Chipper customer service team is kind, respectful, understanding and supportive. Even in the most difficult of moments they are full of grace and joy! My experience is always taken care of even when I’m not the best of myself they understand and are so professional! Love this company ❤️

Truly a great experience

Truly a great experience, the app is very easy to navigate, their services really helped me. Their customer service was in a tier of it's own, honestly one of the best customer service of any financial service I have used.

Lately

Lately, they’ve been scammy. Three withdrawals now and I’m yet to be credited. It used to be automatic, I suggest they fix up.

This app is a complete scam

This app is a complete scam, I transfer money from my chipper cash to my other bank and the money did not deliver. I also bought their USD visa card for 3,000 Naira, funded the card and I could not use the card to make payment. Please Avoid this app if you don't have to loose money.

My experience with the app in the last 4 months has improved. The way they handle the case of fraudster tempering with my accounts and their prompts intervention as well as introduction of statement of accounts and my others make choose Chipper Cash App as a reliable online banking

Refund of my 160,000 sent to account where it couldn’t take such money

I sent 160,000 June 28 2023 using chipper to an eco bank whereas the account couldn’t carry such money and the money is not in the account
Contacted eco bank and they said the money is with chipper, contacted your support and they told me to send recipient bank statements from June 28 and I did, the money is not there and after sending it to them am still waiting for them to get this resolve and all they did is to tell me to be patient patient am tired of hearing that
I need my money chipper 160,000 is my school fees
Credit the money back into my chipper
Have stop using my chipper until I see my 160,000
Refund my money please since June 28
I have sent message to you on instagram all they did say is patient patient since June 28
