I am going through the same issue.. its been more than two weeks I have not received my online order. Their customer service line it is never reachable so i therefore sent multiple emails but i have not heard.. this is chemist warehouse nz by the way
Bad customer service
Online order was picked up for delivery on 28/2 expected delivery on 1/3. Is now 13/3 and still nothing. Called "customer service" twice, given a message after 28min on hold that they are busy and call back at another time. No option to take your number or a request to call me, just call back at another time. We are turning into a third world country sadly.
Do not order from their online store, especially international order!!
I ordered 2 pack of QV soap bar from their online store. I never receive the item. They only gave me a tracking that never update nor indicate where the parcel is. Aus post will only provide info of the parcel to the sender not receiver. So I'm not able to check the information of the parcel such as weight or is it dispatched/shipped.
I believe what they do is just open a empty tracking at the Aus Post and in fact not shipping anything. Customer will only left with a tracking and wait forever for their order since Aus Post can't do any help on the receiver side. And when I request for a refund they said they do not do refunds for international order. I placed my order on Feb 8, 2023 and I've waited over a month the tracking still no update.

After i paid, the lady at the counter asked for my mobile number so she could send a receipt. I told her my mobile is private and that I wanted a paper one. She told me she is not allowed to give me one. I told her that this is illegal and that I was going to report Chemist Warehouse to the ACCC.

We are frequent customers of the Chemist warehouse and have never experienced any kind of racism or discrimination in the past, but unfortunately on Monday, the 16th of January 2023 while we were shopping from the Te Rapa branch and were trying the tester lipstick, my sis in law overheard 2 workers, namely Paul and another employee chatting amongst themselves and saying we looked ‘suspicious’ and that they were keeping an eye on us. We normally go to malls nicely dressed up but that day we just went in very casual clothes. It was really sad and upsetting to see such a behaviour from a store we usually shop from. We had lodged the complaint to the store manager who was very apologetic on behalf of the staff members, he even told us we were not in the suspicious list and such conversations should not happen amongst the staff members. He assured us he’ll take the necessary disciplinary action. I guess this post is more to make people aware that if you get in the same situation, please discuss this kind of discrimination with the managers so that such behaviour can be improved and no one else has to go through this kind of harassment again.
Terrible service
Terrible service. I came to pick up my Prescription 1.5 hours after my Doctor sent it. They hadn't started preparing it. The reason my Doctor sent it to Chemist Warehouse was because of a product for sale advertised on line. Don't sell the product. Unhelpful, unfriendly. Terrible service.

If you, or a family member are in urgent need of pharmacy supplies, and choose "Express Post " as an option whilst ordering online (advertised on the Chemist Warehouse website as fast delivery from 1-2 business days) ~ please be wary. It took 5 business days for my delivery to arrive, and caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety for my family.
Customer service is shocking, emails don't get answered, phone consultants are clueless
Don't compensate for making you fix their mistakes.
No accountability for their own mistakes. Twice now we have ordered a product and twice we have been sent the wrong one. Ok mistakes happen, however. In order to get a refund (claiming no stock). We had to 'fix' their error. We had to provide a photo, and once approved; package up the item and take it to the post office. No compensation, no voucher, discount, raincheck (to send the product once again in stock). Just here's your money back. Sorry!
So it has happened again. Rather than go through their returns system. We will keep the item and simply avoid the website entirely.
Unreliable website and woeful customer service where if anything goes wrong; it's all on you.

Another WONKY WEBSITE online order stuff up but the staff at head office and the Fremantle store here in WA have been excellent and are even delivering for after work . 5 stars to the staff .
Non-delivery by Australia Post from Chemist Warehouse
Purchased items 27/01/23 to be delivered in metro Sydney by standard Australia Post. 02/02/23 Tracking info showed it was being delivered today. I waited at home all day near the intercom with my phone, for the delivery, and no one arrived. Then I received a text message and email stating delivery was attempted and no one was in attendance. There was no attempt at delivery and the items were taken directly to a post office, and this seems to be a common practice by Australia Post. I will be seeking a refund of the delivery fee and would warn others against getting items delivered from Chemist Warehouse.
Blatant abuse of Government's consumer guarantees law
Chemist Warehouse do not follow Government's Consumer policies but have their own.
Bought a water flosser, found it faulty. Took back for replacement/refund the next day. Representative takes the faulty product and asks me to wait for 2 weeks minimum for product to be tested. When questioned about the 14-day returns policy, she blatantly says, they have their own policies.
Crap. Please do not buy anything from this crappy place.

I submitted my prescription and told it will take have an hour .
It took an hour and felt that these people treat you as an item not a human being.
Chemists are too slow and I could see people who attended after me get their prescription and leave

28/12/2022 3pm. The manager call himself Will is the person who was not willing to sale the prescription medicine to me. Because I only have the copy of the prescription. The original one was kept in his store and I lost the yellow paper he printed. He can easily check the record and sale me the repeats. He said ‘Go and ask your doctor to get you a new prescription! My doctor was on his Christmas holidays! I walked out of the Chemist Warehouse Crows Nest empty handed. If anything happened to my heath, remember this man who has the power to stop my medication!

Over 7 times and they never not once got beck to me! and even left several one star reviews that they never published. So I can not warn others not to purchase perfumes from them, Except on sites like this. Beware when buying from these scammers. This company needs to be reviewed by the ACCC and other government authorities for their trade practices. How can they stay in business??? Shameful, shameful.
A discriminating store wanting your phone number
These people had the cheek to ask for a phone number after the money was handed over for items. No one has my phone number, it will not be given to any one especially this mob. There is very little privacy left in the world and these people want a phone number with no reason given. Get stuffed!
The number of times I have seen innocent aged people with walkers picked on by security for being assumed thieves is disgusting, particularly when they don't question a young mother pushing a loaded pram with a kid in it.

Very disappointed in fragrance as I always buy Eros Versace and I always only needed a little which the smell would last a few hours but this 100ml bottle seems water down as smell didn't last long at all.

Received vitamins that were expiring within 2 months. Contacted CW who couldn't have cared less and gave this generic, nonsensical response:
